We checked in the morning after we were originally suposed to be there and was refused of breakfast as we weremt there the night before. Absolute madness! There isnt any assistance with taxis, the elevator did not work on floor 2, the shower puddled and didnt drain, the bath was very tiny. The room smelt old and musty, as it hadnt been properly cleaned for years. I will not be staying here again.

Je ne m’attendais pas à avoir un service à la hauteur. Il n’y a plus de « service » aux Antilles françaises. J’ai attrapé la dingue. Pendant une semaine, fièvre, douleurs. Les Antillais connaissent très bien la dingue ils savent oh combien c’est douloureux. j’ai prévenu la réception. Pendant une semaine pas une seule personne du personnel n’est venu voir si j’allais bien. Pas une seule personne de l’hôtel n’est venue voir si j’avais besoin de quelque chose. Pour eux, vous n’existez pas. Et il est important que vous ayez ça en tête lorsque vous allez aux Antilles. J’ai été rapatrié sanitaire. J’ai quitté l’hôtel comme un client lambda sans aucun mot de réconfort.

The elevator never work had to carry suitcase on third floor. Lack of towels had to share a towel because we were told to wait for 10pm to get a towel when we check in at 6pm sevice is quite poor and there is this stench smell of humidity. Location is the only good thing in this place

This gives you early 19th century French/British vibes. The decor is dated. You literally have to use a traditional key to get in your room. They did not provide us with face clothes for bathing. I would stay again. Definitely not the your average 3 or 4 star that we are use to. It is safe environment

Bien mais sans plus.
Hotel vieillissant. Annonce comme un hotel restaurant mais pas de restaurant avant le mercredi soir... javais un sejour de dimanche soir a mercredi matin... Petit dejeuner sympa mais sans plus. Amabilite de la personne du matin nickel mais celle du soir au bar....... sans commentaire. Pour info, tres peu de restaurant typique a fort de france et les seuls sont fermés le lundi et les soirs... bref pour diner c'est mc do, burger ou chinois... pas top.

Tout était parfait, manquait peut-être un mini frigo. Séjour de 2 nuits. Seul point négatif est qu'il manquait la porte de douche donc le plancher toujours très mouillé après les douches. Demande pour des tapis, disent qu'ils viennent mais 2 fois sur 3 demandent ne sont pas venus. Je recommande et y retournerait sans inquiétudes.

Only the outside is nice, was probably a hotel in the past but not anymore…needs repairs and not clean, very old in the bedroom and bathroom… And the service for breakfast is very poor…

C’est Hotel est un autre âge
C’est hôtel est vieux, la clim est tombée en panne. Au milieu de la nuit. Aucun parking de prévu. L’ascenseur est en panne pour trois étages. Cet hôtel ne mérite pas le nom d’hôtel.
