酒店位置雖然偏離市中心遠少少,但鄰近Metro Station都很方便,酒店鄰近有大型購物中心及食店,也有著名阿積士球場!酒店房間舒服整潔,但housekeeper經常執房時漏野,一時忘記補充沖涼用品及咖啡,茶等,在check in時職員向我地聲稱已無房,叫我地轉住Hoilday Inn Hotel,其後証實我地巳有booking才比房間我地,整體而言,尚算恰可!
We stayed four nights. On second day after arriving to hotel room we noticed that the room door was open. Everything seemed to be ok and none of our belongings were missing. For our knowledge only housekeeping had entered the room while we were gone, so we thought they had left the room door open. We expressed our concerns to the staff on the reception and they apoligised and assured they would take steps to resolve this issue and prevent it from happening again. Our trust in hotel was diminished because of this issue, but we thought the matter was now solved. On the next day we were shocked to notice that the room door was OPEN AGAIN after we arrived in the evening. We reported the issue to the reception again and they promised to fix this. At this point we had lost our trust in the hotel so the next day we arrived a bit earlier to the hotel just to check the door and IT WAS OPEN AGAIN and had been open several hours.At this point it seemed that the housekeeping left the door open purposely. We actually met the housekeeper while returning to our room and pointed out that the door was open after which she closed the door,so no problem closing.
Gladly we left the hotel the next day as it had been really stressfull to worry every day whether someone had stolen all our stuff while we were gone. This problem was not solved during our stay. This is supposed to be four star hotel and yet we have never had such a bad and stressfull experience with any other hotel. Won't stay again.

Unimpressed
The hotel was a typical Marriott, fairly standard, unfortunately I have not been impressed with reception who took payment twice for a one night stay. They then said a refund would be made within 5 days, now I’m told by customer service it will be 10 working days, which is unacceptable for a mistake by the Hotel.

It was a quick overnight stay but everything was wonderful. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It’s close to all modes of transportation.
