不錯

在三樓，搬行李，很吃力。但地利位置很方便，一落樓就是大街。所以整體不錯，值得推介給朋友。還有，找房子時要向上望門牌，可能容易miss out. It's marmontova 5.

acceptable stay, but the photos are definitely exaggerating the state of the apartment. It's clean, it's conveniently located, but it's also a little worn down and furniture and bed are on the simple side. Maybe they have one room with a view, ours had none and no balcony

The apt had a nice layout although the bathroom off main bedroom was a bit small small to navigate . Apt very neat and clean and the host was very accommodating ,she offered us great suggestions to explore city . The balcony was lovely to people watch on street below which is beautiful until after midnight Then from midnight till 4 am on all 3 nights we were there the nightmare begins!!!! There are groups of guys hanging out screaming all night long and I mean loud obnoxious hooting and hollering We did not get any restful nights !!

Støjende beliggenhed

Stedet var ok, selv om værelset var meget lille. Men vi kan ikke anbefale det til andre. Ligger på 3. etage uden elevator! Lige neden for vinduet ligger et diskotek, der har åbent fra 23-4 - så der var larm hele natten! Og vinduet var meget dårligt lydisoleret, så vi sov nærmest ikke de 2 dage, vi var der!

Great location in old town, clean and modern

Excellent location in the old town of Split. Easy to get to and near everything you need to see. Our room was very clean, modern and beautiful bathroom with spacious new shower cubicle. The hosts were very friendly and great with communication. They let us store our bags after check out and also assisted us by carrying our luggage down the stairs.

Logement idéalement situé en plein centre historique de Split (zone UNESCO). Situé au 3ème étage sans ascenseur, il n'est pas accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Le Marmontova Luxury Rooms est un appartement divisé en plusieurs chambres individuelles et indépendants, chacune équipée d'une climatisation, d'un petit réfrigérateur, d'une penderie et salle d'eau avec wc. Les hôtes, un couple, sont très accueillants, et habitent pas loin.

Great staff here, very friendly and helpful. Very spacious & modern room, the only small issue was with noise from the street below in the room we had. Other than that, the accommodation is excellent.

Wonderful one night stay. We will be back! thank you to the great hosts for receiving us. Note that there are stairs for some of the rooms so ask ahead if you can't navigate stairs with luggage. They do have first floor options.

Lækkert men larm

Voldsomt lækkert hotel midt inde i den gamle by i Split, altså virkelig lækkert hotel dog lå vores værelse ud til den store vej og der var en fredag aften så det larmede helt forfærdeligt meget og man kunne umuligt sove grundet der var så meget støj, så nogle lydtætte vinduer havde gjordt det helt perfekt

Gorgeous room in the heart of it all

Fantastic comfortable property next to the heart of everything. Hosts were brilliant, friendly and very accommodating. Our room looks out over Marmontova street, which is really gorgeous but quite noisy in the early weekend hours (I mostly slept through it). That said I would revisit a future time.

The host was welcoming and our stay was perfect. The rooms are modern, clean, and the location is great. Everything is easy to walk to. We enjoyed Fig Split for lunch.

Fantastic clean rooms brilliant location. Ivana was a fab host. Didn’t mind the stairs to the apartment as it was well worth it. Only downside was we were close to the nightclub which wasn’t an issue until 4am noisy kick out.
