Comfy beds and excellent service

Good but could be better.

Room was fine, beds and pillows were very comfortable. The only thing; it would have been nice if the person on the desk had told me that the series of numbers on the bottom of the key card folder was the wifi password. Breakfast was good, I usually have oatmeal for breakfast, and I have no problems with packets of oatmeal. It would have added something extra to have some raisins or dried cranberries, some brown sugar or honey to add flavor. I don’t drink coffee and I would have loved some herbal tea but there was none on offer and as I was going to ask for some that’s when whatever was in the toaster started to smoke and set off the smoke alarms, the fire truck rolled up etc, etc, etc! I decided it wasn’t a good time to ask for tea!

Remodeling process, still had to pay full price.

We booked this hotel for a single night. The room was pretty standard, and pretty clean. We were not aware that the floor we were staying on was under renovations when we booked. All of the carpet and the trim was removed. This made the hotel seem dirty, and unwelcoming. There was some carpet padding laid down, and there was wet glue where there was no padding. We were not aware the glue was wet. The amount of construction materials and garbage made the hallway difficult to walk in, and caused us to have to walk on the wet glue and get it all over our shoes, and our luggage. The glue is still on everything and is difficult to remove. There were doors left open, windows left open, and it gave a slightly sketchy feeling from those things. The breakfast provided was very subpar, because they said they ran out of eggs, and sausage, leaving little for any kind of option. We paid full price for our room, about $190 for just one night and were not compensated by any means for the inconveniences that were there.

The hotel is still under renovations, but many things have been done since our last stay in May. A new furniture has been instoled, the wall have been painted in pleasant colors, big TV screen, bigger refrigerator. They have a full breakfast now, new pans & imported eating area, varieties of coffee, yogurts for a whole day. The swimming pool has been renewed also.

Staff were very friendly and professional. The hotel is currently being remodeled, lots of stuff in the hallways and the room still wasn't completely finished. Sheets were clean but scratchy, bed was not very comfortable. The shower was really good

Gross, should have never stayed.

When we checked in the lady at the front desk was very rude. The place was under construction, that would have been nice to know before booking. The room was disgusting, the toilet seat was broken, the handle on the toilet was broke. The light fixtures above the sink were torn down, only one lamp worked. There was two years trash and anything thing you can think of behind the dresser. There was a half inch of dust and muck on top of the fridge. The swimming pool wasn't suitable for a dog. We would have never even checked in had we not booked through a thrid party website. We knew that we would not get our money back or that the situation would not be taken care of.

The room had been recently renovated, and it was nice and clean. The entire property is going through renovation and we saw the crew working as we were going into the room. You can also smell the paint and other materials. The crew was even working early morning on Saturday. Once the renovation is completed the property will probably look great and will make the stay more enjoyable.

Not a pleasant stay

The hotel is being renovated, which is badly needed. But I only found out about the renovations when checking in. Was placed in a room where the entire hallway was being torn apart. Loud construction noises all day in the hallway and the rooms right next door. Not sure why they'd put anyone in that hallway.
