交通方便

離電車站非常近，離幾個重要景點也是走路就可以到達，床很舒服，早餐在屋頂有很棒的景觀可以看，只是房間略小行李攤開就沒有走路的空間，木地板稍舊摩損嚴重，淋浴間排水不良會積水感覺不舒服，洗手台臉盆泛黃，以上如果考慮方便性會再來住，但以舒適度會再考慮

Great location, but a bit awkward

The location is great, the included buffet breakfast was nice but not great for vegans (some days better than others, nothing labeled). There is a fridge in the room but it is inside an un-vented cupboard which gets very hot so the fridge doesn't work. Blankets were just sheets and the bed was quite hard. The hotel room seemed like it was designed by someone who has never stayed in a hotel. Staff were generally lovely and helpful when they could. There was one odd incident on our first night when we were on the main balcony taking a few pictures of the skyline and the man who checked us in a few hours prior confronted us seeming to think we were tourists wandering in off the street - it was odd and uncomfortable (he was a bit aggressive at first) but he was apologetic when he realised the mistake. Nice enough, but just generally a little odd.

Otelin fotoğrafları, bilgileri gerçekten farklı!

Sitenizde yer alan otel bilgileri doğru değil! Otoparklı otel aradık ve burayı seçme sebeplerimizden birisi, otoparkı var olarak işaretlenmesi isi. Değil otopark, konumu dolayısı ile önğnde 5 dk durup eşya indirecek surum bile yoktu. Kısmi deniz manzaralı ve balkonlu bir oda ayırtmıştık. Verilen oda, balkonlu ama deniz manzarasız idi. Oda fotoğrafları, sitenizde görülen ile alakasızdı. Galata Kulesi manzaralı bir oda verdiler sağ olsunlar ama sonuçta deniz filan görmüyordu. Kahvaltı yeterli, otel çalışanları gayet ilgili, temizlik OK idi ama otel eskimiş, daha önce belirttiğim gibi, oda tefrişatı sitenizdeki fotoğraflardan çok farklı.. bu ve otopark olayı ciddi hayal kırıklığına uğrattı bizi.

Topp beliggenhet. Helt ok ellers.

Hotellet har en fabelaktig beliggenhet. Umiddelbar tilgang til ferje,trikk,T-bane, buss og gågater. Hotellet er helt ok, med veldig trivelig betjening. Renhold er ok, komfort er ok, men store rom. Ville brukt igjen om beliggenhet er viktig.

Çalışanların çok güleryüzli olduğu yazıyordu yorumlarda ama bizim tecrübemiz pek öyle olmadı. Hatta çalışanlar bence zaman zaman kabaydı. Yatak da çok rahatsızdı çok sertti. Konumu için tercih ettik.

At one end of the Galata Bridge the hotel is very well located - with easy access to modern and ancient parts of the city, and easy reach to tram (outside the front door) and ferry services. The front door was, however, rather inconspicuous. A hearty traditional breakfast was provided on the roof terrace which had a wonderful view. My room had a partial sea view of the Galata bridge and Hagia Sophia and was very quiet despite the busy location. Seyfullah and other staff were very helpful.

Fantastic Istanbul

Low water pressure in the shower, toilet seat was broken, dusty curtains, mediocre breakfast. I didn’t like to see the gentleman at breakfast cleaning the counter with the same mop that he used to clean the floor. At breakfast you feel like you are being supervised by the above mentioned gentleman. The location is fantastic and the view from the terrace is amazing, close to the tram and the street food . I liked that there was always coffee and tea available at the terrace. It’s a bit noisy but I still would recommend this place.

Location is convenient: next to the Galata Bridge (shops, restaurants and the Galata Tower on one side, all the big monuments and museums on the other side). It is a bit noisy. The rooms look great, although cleaning can be improved. One day the drainage of the shower wasn’t working, the next day there was no hot water. These are the basics of hotels, which didn’t work. The old guy at the reception said that he knew that there was no hot water, but he was probably too proud to apologize. The younger personnel was friendly and very helpful.

Alle som jobbet der var veldig hyggelige. De fikk oss til å føle oss velkomne og var veldig hjelpsomme. Det rant lite vann fra dusjen som gjorde det vanskelig for oss å dusje. Størrelsen på rommene var ok. Hotellet ligger veldig sentralt, noe støy fra trafikken hører man inne. Frokosten var ok.
