Not as expected

This is my 3rd time in the hotel … Unfortunately it wasn’t as expected! We stayed for 4 night .. during our room was never cleaned.. i had to ask for clean towels every day .. at some point I thought that there was no room service .. but i saw the cleaning lady that i asked her specifically to clean our rooms .. instead i came back to a dirty room with clean towels.. To add on i asked the lady in the reception about some information about covid test before our flight.. she had bo information!!

Great boutique Hotel in excellent location

Everything was amazing, location couldn‘t be better, champs-Élysées just around the corner, friendly staff, cozy and modern rooms with excellent smart tv (netflix etc.). We forgot something in the room after check-out and the hotel staff even called us and offered to send the item back. Would definitely stay again! :-)

Small room and felt slighted by staff

The room I got was very narrow..aside from the bed you could barely fit two people side by side. The room was also quite loud due to being so close to other neighbors. If you are sensitive to noise you may want to look at something bigger. My neighbor got home past midnight and was talking throughout the night, so it was a bit difficult to sleep. The room itself was well kept and is in a great location. When I checked out I waited at the desk and when they asked me for my room number there was a person behind me that showed up after me. He blurted out his room in French and the front desk took care of his checkout first. I thought that was quite rude.. Aside from that it was a pleasant

Everything is great about this hotel

This is an amazing hotel, comfortable, clean, great staff, beautiful breakfast and in an excellent location convenient to many attractions and close to railway and Metro stations. I highly recommend it.

Hidden Gem right in the centre of Paris ❤️

Amazing hotel right in the middle of everything you might need in Paris weather be fine dining,shopping and sight seeing.with an even better staff, was well looked after from beginning to the end of my stay thank you so much to the 2 ladies that looked after me Basma and Anna. Will definitely be back.

It’s way too small

This is extremely small hotel! They invested a lot in the look but not the quality of a stay there, the beds are extremely hard and small it felt more like a college dormitory than a hotel. The elevator is extremely small and you and your luggage aren’t going to fur at the same time. Bathroom is extremely small it feels more like a shower in an RV And not hotel. The staff was great and excellent but it took so much for me to get a refund because I pre paid online. The classics room bed is really the size of a dorm bed so two people are not going to fit.
