I stay here often, the amenities are wonderful, the staff is phenomenal and my rooms are always cleaned to perfection. I have a 1 year old baby boy so cleanliness is very important!

The Good and Bad

The overall experience was good. It was a one day getaway for my husband and I. We have a 3 year old and havent gotten much time together. We were pleased with the room and the space. Unfortunately there was a roach in the kitchen area near the stove top. When checking out the I informed staff about this and he was kind and comped our parking fee. This has been the first time ive experienced rodents/bugs in a hotel room and my husband and I were very disappointed by this.

Relaxing night

The assigned at the front desk was very accommodating , friendly and attentive . She had me checked in fast . Over all stay was very good I was able to relaxed which I needed , it’s quiet and peaceful . The only minor thing was the body wash, shampoo conditioner at the bathroom were empty .

The overall stay was okay as far as comfory for my 2 small children. There were homeless people harassing you as you got out of your vehicle in the parking garage, begging you to let them up to the rooms with your key card, taking poops on the ground in the parking garage and falling asleep after with their pants down and booty showing (I have video for proof). When I let the front desk know that I didn't feel safe being approached by homeless people with MY 2 TODDLERS they acted so nonchalant and just told me to tell the general manager. I wouldn't recommend this establishment if you have small children or if your a female traveling alone.

Our room was the best we have ever been to any hotel with full kitchen its what makes it best lots of space just sucks that we have to paid to park my car but other than that loved that hotel will be back when disneyland opens up

The perfect Hotel

We really enjoyed our stay. Very friendly staff and the hotel is amazing. Definitely plan to stay here again when visiting Anaheim California next month.
