Great location, clean and tidy.
Great location, just a street across the florence SMN train station. The building security is quite good, since every door has a lock and requires a key for opening it at night. Very nice hotel officer, provided help when needed. The room is not very large, but clean and tidy and good wifi connection. Normal breakfast, though not too many choices.

Must improve the air conditioner of the room
The location is good! The room is clean, the owner seem nice and talkative! However, there is super big problem that the air-conditioner is not cool and really super hot for the room under 33 degree outside at Florence! We cannot suffer and open the window for fresh wind and air for whole night till to sleep. Breakfast is normal and basic only. After check out, not allow to use the toilet anymore by strange reason! Owner is very concern your behaviors and spot on your behavior !

這次被安排在櫃台旁邊的房間，所有大廳裡面吵雜的電視聲、電話聲還有任何說話的聲音都聽的一清二楚！房間一般但室內像明星花露水的香氛實在無法接受。令我最在意的是，明明訂房時就選擇到旅館才付款，但到現場老闆表示已經刷卡，匯率換算下來比付現金還差的多。之前就有看過其他客人反映過一樣的狀況，看來這個老闆慣性就是不收現金！

Don't stay this hotel, Not recommend for everyone
This hotel is NOT honest. They charge direct to your credit card immediately EVEN you select the option "Pay at hotel later" which the room price is more expensive than "Pay now at nonrefundable rate". I complaint this via Hotel.com and ask for their clarification coz. the website saying that the hotel can be paid later when I check in. 1st time I called, hotels.com mentioned that they charged the credit card for guarantee amount only, but my credit card was actual charged 3 months before. Then I call hotels.com again, they told me this hotel was charged to me wrongly and promised to refund to my credit card within one month. 3rd time I called, hotels.com told me that they are unable to refund the room charge to me. The most important is: When I arrive this hotel in Florence, they told me that they are UNABLE to provide the room for me when I check-in on site, because they accepted a group booking on that day and no room available for me even I have paid this hotel at higher rate 3 months before. They requested us to move to another 2 stars old hotel operated by their family finally, we are so frustrated and have to accept it without any other choice in such strange environment. Strongly encourage Hotels.com to remove this hotel from their list to ruin their reputation.

Great hotel just near Train station
The hotel is just near the train station, it's so convenient. The hotel is on 2nd floor with lift, even you have luggage, you can easily take on it. The room is very old and small, just ok for staying. The breakfast is ok too, has ham, cheese, milk, bread.

Hotel which located very near to the train station
I've been staying at this hotel for 4 nights. Staff was very nice and helpful! The room was cosy. Breakfast was very basic. The hotel was located in the city centre and nearby the Firenze Station which was convenient to go anywhere. If you are going out/back there alone at night, be aware! The street was very quiet during night time.

實在是一家CP值高的旅館！ 距離火車站很近，附近有許多餐廳、商店，生活機能佳。 旅館的早餐由老闆娘親自準備，是自助形式，餐點還算多樣，還有各種咖啡能隨時享用，實在很超值！ 比較不方便的一點為房間內禁止飲食，須到外面的餐廳去飲用、食用。

Convenient location, small room
it is located very near to the central station and easy to find. The host of the hotel is a pair of nice couple and they are friendly to help. However, the room is not very cozy it is quite narrow, and not enough floor space for lugguage. The bed is too soft(for me) and small for two people We are staying on the reception floor so sometimes it is quite noisy. However, the breakfast is delicious~ In general, the hotel rate could price less.

A wonderful stay in Angelica
It was a very pleasant experience to stay ! The hotel is very close to the Firenze S.M.N station that just behind the " Burger King" about 5 minutes walk. The elevator is a little small that just can let one man in , so if you have a lot of luggages , you must have patience to move them! The owners are very kindly , especially the grandpa & grandma , I love them so much ! ^^ The room was just perfect for one man ( I reserved a single room), I had a private bathroom, a comfortable bed ! Free but unstable Wi-Fi ! Frankly speaking , it is worthy for his price ! If I will come back to Florence, I will choose it again . 很棒的住宿經驗，Angelica 離 Firenze S.M..N火車站很近，就在對面漢堡王後面的巷子裏，走路大約5分鐘！交通很便利！離百花大教堂走路約15分鐘，中央市場約8分鐘！飯店在11號四樓，電梯是舊式需手動開關門的，也有點小只能容納一人！所以行李要是有點多可能要多次搬運！飯店的老闆很親切，英文也很流利，溝通沒問題！房間每天都有整理，很清潔，我訂的是單人房，有自己的浴室！不過空調及免費的Wi-Fi 有些不穩，因為鄰近大街也有點小吵！總體來說，以房間的收費和地點來看已經算超值了！附贈的早餐簡單但可以吃飽，Check out 之後也可以寄放行李！所以如果下次還來Florence 玩，我還是會選擇再訂Angelica Hotel !

地點方便，但隔音不好。
離火車站非常近，去哪都方便。 可惜隔音不好，我住三樓，四樓有一點動靜都聽的一清二楚。 沒住在wifi 區，所有房間幾乎收不到網路。 一家人都非常nice,還可以幫忙代訂my tour 的行程喲。 價格親民還有早餐，如果經費有限，真的可以考慮，房間很大床很大很舒服。一回房間可以立馬睡死。
