The room was quite spacious and had large windows looking at the snowing streets. Reception was friendly. A Seicomart is directly connected to the hotel lobby so you would not need to exit the hotel to get combini food and beverages.
But the room was obnoxiously smelly and even though we don't smoke, it draws air ventilation from upper and lower floors and fill the room with burnt tobacco odour every day, contaminating all our clothes and bed sheets. The toilet was smelly and oddly small compared to the room size, with ironically not enough ventilation. TV was small and fixed far away from the bed. Laundry room was located far from the room across the lobby, and cleaning and drying for two persons costed around 1,100yen. The Parking spaces were poorly managed, even though I paid 800yen per day, I was left with no space to park at 7pm because everybody parked far away from each other. They even needed to keep our car key in exchange for the room key (not room card) or vise versa the whole time while we were staying.
