Great view, but that was about it. Room was decent, serviceable, not particularly comfortable. Power went out with regularity for minutes at a time, and came back on with lights at inopportune times (ie 5am). Wifi was variable. Generators were loud, and it seems the hotel isn’t actually finished being built. They don’t clean the rooms unless you ask them, and there are ants (so beware keeping any food around). Shower didn’t drain well, and water pressure was pretty bad.

Very basic 3* accommodation. No real beachfront. Faded decor, but bed was reasonably comfortable. Refrigerator didn’t work, but wasn’t replaced when staff were notified.

Some towels weren't clean, the sliding glass door was hard to open.

The hotel is right on the beach and very accessible to everything in downtown El Nido. The staff was pretty nice and helpful when we had questions.

We stayed at el Nido beach hotel for 5 days. We travelled with family and had multiple rooms. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE. From day one we were plagued with issues from water not running to brown water coming out of the taps. We had rooms whereby there was no hot water. Despite the place having a generator, at night we were out of electricity for up to 4 to 5 hours. Meaning the children and elderly had to sleep in the hot burning rooms. Then the following day for over 8.5 hours approx 9 to 5 pm there was no electricity. Wifi was also an issue. The service by staff was great and very obliging but the management was nonexistent and rude! I am sure a hostel is better!

AC was barely working in one of the rooms. We notified them of it a couple times. They came up and said it was fine both times. Coils in unit very dirty so it didn't blow. Very hot in room during the day. Amazing location and great value. Could easily be a 10/10 review if they maintained stuff and/or take care of issues when a guest brings it up.

I’ve left a review for this Hotel and I see that’s it’s got a 6.4 rating , That’s totally wrong , 9.0 by far better than any place we seen or heard others talking about

This is the Place you wanna be when visiting El Nido hands down , First it’s a very well established hotel that sits at shore side just out side of the busy downtown Restaurant and Bar district , But everything is a 5-10 walk, El nido isn’t big and there is also tricycles everywhere for your personal transportation , Out room has great westerner style Ac and refrigerator , Hot water , and the view is out of this world , The continental breakfast is a great selection of food ., Great places with great value deserve great reviews ,
