Great staff very clean great options for food. Wife had same day surgery in Charleston and follow up the next day. Nice quiet peaceful. Would highly recommend.

I had a nice time in Charleston. I went there to get away for a few days. I would have preferred the ac be directly on the bed instead of down the hall. Besides that, everything was great.

Checked in and found out an error had been made in the type of room. And the “manager” could not help and change it. Even though there were only 4 people in the whole hotel. Then there were the bed bug that were in the sofa bed. And my guest harassed about going out back to smoke. The manager said because I reserved it through third party, was his reason for not being able to assist in any way.

Nice room
Everything was very nice and our request for an accessible room was confirmed when when we arrived without any problems. When in Charleston, I would definitely stay again.

Great stay
It was a great stay loved the design of the room. Even though it has a city view charleston aint too much to look at. Thats okay though i still like the attempt. A big thing people need to know though is that aparently they dont sell rooms to people that live with a 50 mile radius, said they had local people be bad guests. We got around it because the manager said we look innocent and already paid for it though the hotels app

Okay Stay
We had an okay stay. The service at check-in wasn't overly friendly. The rooms were fairly roomy but the aircon wasn't that great. Housekeeping was done very late in the day which was a bit annoying after being out all day and then finding the room hadn't been serviced yet. It was great that the guest laundry facilities were free but wouldn't have mind paying for the use of newer machines.
