Very noisy rooms and bad front desk service!
The rooms look very nice and great design. That is the good part. But the rooms lack sound proof, it can be are very noisy with doors closing and other guests in next rooms. Further after check out I needed to get something from my case and called three times the reception at 11:45, no answer. I hurried back to the hotel and was there at 11:50 but it was already closed. No idea when it will be open again but this is terrible service provided. Last time I stayed here.

Not quite what we expected. Good for younger folk.
The photos made the space look great. In person, it was less impressive but overall a good experience. We still liked the layout of the room. But the bed is a little too soft, and the bedding well used. The name is not on the outside of the building, so it was a little confusing. They did send a photo of the door with the room access info that hadn't downloaded on my phone. Technically on the fifth floor, but there is an Entresol floor before the first floor - 120 stairs up. We did okay, but this is better for younger folks. Enjoyed our stay overall, but will look for a better fit for our age and comfort desires next time. Staff was very nice.

Comfortable stay
It was great. This was the longest stay of the trip we’re on and it was by far the most comfortable stay. I read reviews about the stairs and they were not the most fun but I’m not going to complain about them. The room was great and so was the service.

Merkelig hotell. Var ikke merket med navn utenfor. Fine rom og god beliggenhet. Ingen frokostmulighet, resepsjonen var kun åpen til kl 19. Ikke heis.

A great little property in a perfect area of Nice. Close to everything - bus and train routes, dining, shopping, the beach. The in-room shower was a little weird for my adult daughter and I but there was great shopping nearby so we could give each other shower peivacy.

We had a great time staying here. The room is very spacious with a beautiful balcony. The hotel is in the middle of the town and walkable to all the major tourist attractions, shopping and restaurants.

I had a wonderful stay at Le Dortoir, its in a great location, close to the beach but also central to shopping,nightlife and some great high-end retail stores. It was the perfect location close to everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. Will definitely be staying there again the next time I'm in Nice.

The photos looked great but we were worried it might not deliver. We were wrong! The unit was exactly as pictured... even better with not 1 balcony but four!! Wow... what a beautiful property and the location is excellent! Just a 5 minute walk to the beach and old Nice. Restaurants and shopping just steps away. The only minor downsides are that the 4th floor is really the 6th (remember no elevator) and the front door doesn't have any signage indicating that you're at the right place (we weren't the only ones confused). We would definitely stay at this gorgeous and modern hotel again!

We had upgraded our rooms to the deluxe hamman suite and it was as per the photos. We couldn’t fault the room or the location. Lots of restaurants and bars and fancy shops. 15 minute walk to the train station. Our friends room has a few minor problems, there was no wardrobe and ideally needs a mirror above the sink.

デザインよりも実用性を重視して欲しい
部屋は狭くて使い勝手はあまり良くなかった。デザインを重視し過ぎて実用的ではない。クローゼットや引き出しがなくて、衣類を収納できないし、物を置く場所がない。洗面台にも物を置く場所がなく不便。部屋にいきなりシャワーブースがあって、部屋からは中がまる見え。
