雖然便宜但是整體來說不好

想洗個熱水澡要開著水等15-20分鐘才有熱水好不容易熱水來了用個15分鐘就沒有了要用還要再等1小時....棉被有頭髮看似乾淨但有灰塵建議皮膚會過敏的人不要來

Perfect hotel but with a little bit of regret

Hotel is perfect but reception staff was not helpful when I was cheated by money exchange shop next to the hotel. I was cheated and lost IDR 850000. by money exchange shop ( located on the right hand side of the hotel exit path, 100 meter opposite to the road ). The guy in money exchange shop used magic hand to took back part of the the money. After argument the guy admitted but I got back only IDR 50000. Admitted but not returned all the money to customer. strange mentality. When I asked hotel reception for advice the staff in the reception just say nothing. He should at least told me the phone number to report to police. If the reception staff could provide advice to guest it would be perfect.

Good to stay!

All the staffs, especially Ms. Meyka are very nice to visitors, helpful, greeting with smiling, perhaps they are really well trained. We had checked-in Astagina several times, room-rate is reasonable, services provided more than standard.

The best villa ever, should have stayed longer

We had very good experience with the hotel.Stuff were very friendly and helpful. They free upgraded our room and let us check in early for free. Free buffet breakfast came with the room was also great even better than paid breakfast of other villas. 我們班機到達巴里島很早，吃完早餐到飯店也不過１０點，飯店櫃檯小姐<meka>人非常好，告知我們若是提早打掃結束要讓我們提早入主，介紹我們先去游泳休息放鬆，主動幫忙我們很多事情，果真１２點一到準時讓我們提早入住並且升等了我們住的villa，villa內很舒適，設計很棒，所有人員都很親切，隨時笑容滿面，早餐雖是吃到飽種類還好，但是品質不錯，比我們之後住的villa 的付費早餐還好吃，整體來說很推薦這間飯店。

房間及浴室空間較小 ,浴室櫃子油漆未完工.雖說是新旅館,感覺像整修過的. 沒有浴簾水會噴得整間像淹水.這點需改進

CP值高的飯店

以在巴里島而言，算是間小而美的飯店，有個很不錯的游泳池，早餐也很豐盛，唯一缺點是WI-FI不夠便利，床很舒服，但高度徧高。

Moyen mais fait le job

L’hôtel est situé au fond d’une allée. De premier abord le lieux a l’air sympathique. Cependant : La piscine est enclavé au milieu des bâtiments, la musique est trop forte et cela résonne pas mal. Le petit déjeuner est assez pauvre et répétitif. Le buffet barbecue australien est cher pour le peu de choix qu’il y a. Les crevettes n’étaient pas fraîches et complètement molles. La chambre est confortable même si la salle de bain mériterait un coup de frais. Un bon trois étoiles mais certainement pas un quatre.

Vi havde 3 overnatninger i en af villaerne til 4 personer. Vi oplevede Astagina Resort og Spa som en rigtig god base, med et lækkert pool område og med mulighed for massage. Personalet er virkelig søde og hjælpesomme. Restauranten og morgenmaden var vi ikke imponerede over.

I loved the property, the staff were wonderful... The party people in the pool at happy hour, another story. We had kids here, but it is probably not the best place for family of middle age kids.

Loved the place. Great pool area, the kids had a great pool as well. Staff very friendly. Rooms in great condition for being over 10yrs old. Room service great as well. far enough from the main drag to be quiet
