Three positive considerations: 1- Location. Hotel is perhaps in the best part of Anglet and very close to Biarritz. You can walk, run or ride a bike safely thanks to infrastructure created in that part of the Angler. 2- Sorroundings. A beautiful Golf Course is what you see around the hotel. Beyond the property, you can find great coffees shops, restaurants and the beach. 3- Parking. Is easy to park the car with many slots available as part of the hotel facilities. Downside considerations: 1- Rooms are out of date. They are Ok to sleep at night, to take a shower, change of clothes and get out. I was hosted in the Club Room and there was no reason to stay in that room an extra minute more than needed: humidity odor at the arrival, air conditioning working with a timer of your control in summer and phone with no communication with the front desk are some of the key inconveniences. 2- About service. Spanish-English-Portuguese are languages they promise to the guests. Nevertheless, I found that during the night, in case you have an emergency, you will need to speak french (only) to get some help from the not so friendly staff. During the day service was faulty, even with two bottles of water delivery. Conclusion: I cannot recommend this Hotel if you care about comfortable rooms and fair service. I am not saying a word about luxury and outstanding service. I am writing a honest review taking into consideration the cost and value received.

Entre golf et plage ...

Situé entre le golf et la plage, cet hôtel est idéal pour se dégourdir les jambes et se ressourcer. Nous étions dans la résidence avec une location d'appartement et nous avons pu profiter du spa de l’hôtel. Nous avons beaucoup apprécier notre séjour.

à onseiller pour emplacement et service

Grand appartement sans charme mais bien équipé, 2SDB,2WC, terrasse. Entouré du golf donc bruit matinal par tendeuses. Grande piscine propre. Fitness petit mais fonctionnel. Personnel accueillant, pet. dej. excellant, bon restaurant. Grand parking. Nous nous sommes promenés à vélo à Anglet et Bayonne, plages qc. minutes à pied.

Bon rapport qualité prix

Nous avons loué non pas une chambre à l’hôtel mais un studio dans la résidence. D'aspect plus vieillot que l’hôtel nous avons été agréablement surpris par l'ameublement plutôt moderne et la qualité du couchage. Les seuls points noirs étant la vétusté de la kitchenette (ameublement) pourtant bien équipée et de la salle de bain.En période creuse la résidence est extrêmement calme mais en saison les murs peu épais peuvent laisser passer tous les bruits. Un des avantages est de pouvoir profiter des aménagements de l’hôtel : piscine, jacuzzi, et normalement sauna, malheureusement en panne lors de notre séjour. Un bon rapport qualité prix

Très bien situé, spacieux et confortable

Nous avons séjourné en résidence, 2 chambres, salon/séjour, coin cuisine, en rez de jardin nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse et de la pelouse pour des repas en extérieur et même donner à manger aux canards le matin au réveil, notre fils de 4 ans à adoré ! Nous reviendrons sans problème

Sehr ruhig und sauber.

Gut geschlafen bei offenem Fenster. in guten Betten, aber leider mit Kunstfaserdecken. Sehr nahe am wunderschönen Strand. Inmitten eines Golfplatzes. Allerdings keinerlei Kulanz, wenn man einen Tag früher als geplant abreisen möchte. Das war unschön. Und auch Frühstück-Buffet ist ab 10 Uhr abgeräumt...

J'y ai passé 48 heures. Je trouve

J'y ai passé 48 heures. Je trouve cet hotel trop cher par rapport aux prestations offertes. Hotel vieillot : les chambres ont été refaites mais pas insonorisées... Le Petit dej est trop cher : 14 € pour un simple buffet ; un plateau repas ( 1 plat + 1 dessert) sans boisson : 22 € ; Mieux vaut éviter aussi le bar malgré la gentillesse - c'est à souligner- du barman sympa. Le Jacuzzi fonctionne quand il veut mais à la reception on vous dit que c'est vous qui ne savez pas le faire fonctionner... Bien entendu on ne se déplace pas pour vous expliquer le pourquoi... J'ai été déçu par une certaine froideur ambiante en plus des prix alors que cet hôtel est tout de même bien situé. Dommage!

Second séjour dans cet hôtel très agréable. Cette fois, si la chambre était correcte, donnant sur l'entrée et le parking, les toilettes et la salle de bains étaient vraiment trop petites pour un 4 étoiles ! Repas sympathique sur le terasse, un peu cher.
