Location is good. Close to the main shopping high streets and a few bars and restaurants. It is pretty noisy. Especially of a night so maybe reconsider if you’re a light sleeper. Bathroom could do with a make over and a few fittings in the bedroom need repairing. The flooring by the bed needs to be fixed too Staff friendly and helpful. Bed a bit hard if you’re used to a softer mattress. Overall. Not bad for the price. But needs some TLC.

Não tinha luz no quarto, quarto quente sem ventilador ou ar condicionado, sujo, cheiro de mofo, uma escada estreita e perigosa para chegar com as malas. A única coisa boa é a localização Muito barulho e cortinas rasgadas nO consegui dormir direito O que me impressiona é como um hotel no centro de Bruxelas que é uma cidade turística consegue ser tão ruim. Tão sem cuidado. Cortina rasgadas, janelas quebradas, sem luz no quarto. Um quarto do terror.

Such an interesting place! I was prepared for the worst based on other reviews, but I found the facilities to be clean but severely dated. My room had windows opening into the hall and I could hear everything- the guy 2 floors away coughing all night… I also had to deal with the automatic hall lights going on and off all night. That became a problem for sleep. I felt the hotel to be safe, even if you had to take a side street then turn into an alley at the strip club (I imagine some folks would be put off by this).

Very basic. It is in a great location for stores and downtown. It's quiet, clean, hot water, good wifi BUT no elevator and you need to carry luggage up probably 3 flights of stairs up a narrow circular staircase. Also the TV, and blow dryer don't work and only one outlet that's available. It seems it was an old art deco hotel from the 20's. If you want a clean, quiet place to sleep then this is great for the price.

Notre sejour c'est tres mal passe Réservation le 9 février Chambre sans volets , pas de table, pas de porte manteau, de lampe de chevet, 1 chaise, la tv ne marche pas , nous sommes restes 2 jours les serviettes ont disparues. Les 2 etoiles ne les merite pas Le patron doit revoir la copie Nous avons payé trop cher

2 nuits de réservés , nous ne sommes restés qu’une nuit, du bruit jusqu’à plus de minuit dans l’hôtel, une salle de d’eau sale, de la rouille de partout sur la robinetterie ,les toilettes pleines de tartre , trop trop chaud dans la chambre le chauffage n’était pas réglable…Obligé de réparer un lit à l’arrivée deux lattes du sommier étaient au sol.Un parquet flottant dans un état catastrophique.- Du bruit à 6h30 dans le bas de la rue il y a un chantier au pied de l’hôtel. Nous avons demandé un remboursement pour la deuxième nuit non utilisée, celui ci a été refusé.. Très bon emplacement, tout le reste est à fuir!!!

J’ai bien aimé le style art deco de cet hôtel idéalement situé pour découvrir le charme du centre ville de Bruxelles. La literie était de très bonne qualité et j’y ai bien dormi. Pour découvrir Bruxelles sur deux jours en laissant la voiture dans un parking souterrain c’est un très bon rapport qualité prix.

La chambre était bien dans l'ensemble, les réceptionnistes était bien sauf un qui a laissé ouvert la porte de la bagagerie comme ça tout le monde peut y aller heureusement je me suis rien fait voler mais j'ai pas apprécié. Le check out n'est pas du tout respecté car il est a midi normalement et dès 9h30 la femme de ménage veut nettoyer, fait exprès de faire du bruit, passe des appels et parle hyper fort pour te réveiller ... Tout l'hôtel est en travaux même devant il y a une grande grue devant qui bouche l'accès d'un côté, il faut faire le tour de l'autre côté pour pouvoir rentrer enfin bref
