no hot water!!! only cold shower!!

no hot water !! no hot water for shower!! call for help, landlord said "just shake your shower head"...and we have shaked it and we have taken two day cold shower strait! don't come!! blanket looks dirty too...

Hôtel convenable, La propreté reste à revoir, beaucoup de poussière en dessous des lits, le ménage n’est pas fait chaque jours. Le petit déjeuné est livré dans la chambre, pas de choix ( croissant, tartine, jus ) ce qui ne laisse pas trop de choix contrairement à un petit déjeuné buffet… et chaque jours la même chose. Bon rapport qualité prix, mais ne vaut vraiment pas plus cher. Très bonne situation géographique par contre. Parfait pour un hôtel de première nécessité.

Basic room but very friendly host.

das wichtigste auf wenig Platz und sauber und schön hergerichtet! Abends stellt man ein kleines Picknick-Körbchen vor die Zimmertür, am nächsten morgen wird es mit Frühstücksgepäck gefüllt, nicht viel, aber ne kleine Stärkung bevor man in den Tag startet! Kaffeemaschine, Toaster und Kühlschrank sind vorhanden!

Perfekt beliggenhed og god service

Lejligheden er ikke stor til 5 personer, men er ok. Alting fungerer og er rimeligt nyt. Servicen er super, både kontakt, nøgleudlevering og morgenmad fungerer fint. Vi fik også et par tips til området. Beliggenheden er perfekt med nem adgang til alt og mange gode spisesteder tæt på. Vi kunne sagtens vælge samme sted en anden gang og var meget tilfredse.

Room to Rome

Carla was amazing! Was always available to help and she sure did. Made our taxi reservations and even brought us her home baked goodies! The B&B is right in the thick of things so expect street noise but the location was great.....just 2 blocks from Colosseum. Older building yet comfortable and good deli right next door.

Все было супер! Нас встретели в аэропорту, поселили мгновенно, завтрак очень вкусный и большой по объему, номер чтстый, уборка каждый день. В номере были: кофейный автомат, чайник, тостер, автомат для варки какао, холодильник, телевизор, сейф. Большое спасбо Карле, Татьяне, Мирии и Даниелю, а так же Мио. Они организовали для нас отличный отдых Классное расположение аппартоментов.

Tolle Unterkunft in zentraler Lage !

Die persönliche Betreuung war toll ! Das Zimmer liegt super in laufnähe zu den meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten wie : Kolloseum, Trevi-Brunnen, spanische Treppe..... Wir würden das Zimmer wieder buchen.

Close to attractions , not much else .

Room to Rome is a small b&b tucked into one of the buildings on a busy street running opposite the Coloseum . The location is great , walking distance from most of Rome’s attractions . Lots of eateries around it . The room itself is small and stuffy, without any ventilation . The shower leaked all over the bathroom, very minimal toiletries provided . There is no one onsite at the property for any questions or assistance, so if you lock yourself out with a train to catch , you’re SOL. The free breakfast is a mini fridge with bread , juice and milk , that is not topped up unless you run out completely . Every morning , the housekeeper left us 4 cornetto pastries for a family of four . I realize this is a big deal in Rome but I was dissapointed . I would not recommend this place to my friends .

Cerca de todo

Está cerca de todo, pero el desayuno no es buffet, es solo un crosaint por persona y te lo deja en tu habitación y tú te haces tú café, no es un desayuno como dice la página, la cama que está pegada a la tele el colchón es malo muy delgado y llega ser incomodo, la verdad no regresaría.

Carla is very accommodating. Property is a 2nd story rooms, off narrow street, stairs. Very short stay ok, but not anything of length. Great location for colosseum and related.

Great place to stay for visit to Rome

Great place to stay, Carla, our host was very accommodating kept in touch with us before we arrived and was always available if we needed anything. Room was small but had everything we required. Location was great for all Rome sites. Plenty of restaurants around that were local places not touristy. Able to walk to everywhere no need to use public transport.

Great apartment in the middle of it all

The owner, Carla, was fantastic, she could not do enough for us to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The part meant was small, as expected, but had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

Close to coliseum poor breakfast & city Tax EXTRA

Good location in nice area. Nice welcome & info given by Carla. Clean & comfortable room & shower room, Aircon ok. TV French only despite satellite. Nice croissant but otherwise breakfast poor - long life juice, cheese bread all delivered to room in a basket - but horrid. In room coffee/tea maker . Device for capuchino maker is hopeless- don't bother. Lastly city Tax is EXTRA despite your confirmation paperwork stating taxes included so add extra Euro to price - not always the case with other websites so shop around ...

Un séjour en cohabitation avec les autres chambres

Une chambre constitué d'un bel équipement général. Le gros problème est la cohabitation avec les autres chambres dues aux murs très fins et la porte absolument pas insonorisée. De la moisissure dans la salle de bain et notamment dans la douche et au plafond n'ont pas amélioré l'aspect minimaliste de la pièce.

Air condition does not work

This hotel is centrally located near Colloseum but the AC does not work in the room. When you open the windows of the room, there so much noice outside since it is located on busy street and you can not sleep. Break fast is not good

Italy trip

We stayed to visit the Vatican and the Coliseum. It was convenient for both. No sitting area, just beds. One double bed had an indentation in the middle. Otherwise, quite comfortable. The stay included breakfast and our hotel manager arranged transportation to the airport for us. Overall, good experience.
