H10 羅馬西塔酒店

We were disappointed as we were charged normal rates but when we got there we found out that the restaurant is closed, the bar by the pool was closed. The swimming pools opening time were betweeen 10am to 7pm. We were not told this. The restaurant and bar was advertised on the website and there was no mention that it will be closed which was the main attraction for us about the hotel. We were not able to have room service, everyone I called I had to go down because there was not enough staff. We did not have an iron in our room we had to go get it ourselves. I asked for drinks they told us there is a mini bar in our room. When I opened the mini bar there was one can of coke and a Pringle. I was disappointed because we paid normal rates and we did not receive the type of service from a 4 star hotel. Also to advertise the restaurant by the pool in the evening and the bar by the pool and them not being available takes a lot of value out of the booking. So overall I was disappointed for what we paid and what we got in return.

Seemed more modern in a nice neighborhood. They held our bags until check in so we could explore the city.

The hotel and staff were above expectation, however staying connected to the WIFI was a hassle, it would always go out and it wasn’t very reliable at all.

The hotel was good, near major attractions within walking distances, 25 min. It is handicap accessible with a walking shower with a small shower stool, removable shower heads, grab bars next to the toilet. I’m giving them a 4 because the shower stall had mold

Modern hotel, liked the buffet every morning. Dis way too much walking so it was nice to be able to get some sleep, wake up and eat.

It’s a very nice hotel. The ambiance is great. Room is clean and perfect for a city break. Easy transport links to city centre.

This is a great hotel for the money, but the location is a problem, if like me, you don't have a car on your visit to Rome. It's a 15-20 Euro taxi ride to the main part of town and that adds up. They have a deal where you can get 10 Euro roundtrip to a specific square in the city that is pretty central but it ends at 7 p.m. So, it's ok if you don't plan to go out in the evenings, but you really can't sightsee, come home, change and go to dinner like you'd like to. The neighborhood is not great either, so you don't want to try and take the train and walk to late. There is a bus into the center of town, but I found the buses a little confusing.

Super clean and convenient place. staff was very nice and kind.

The breakfast was fabulous! Employees were very friendly & helpful. Rooms were very clean, updated & comfortable.
