The staff is not really prompt in responses, we usually had to wait for a while before they were back to us. Our room is out of electricity and they were not able to offer the same room type which we believe that the electricity problem already occurred before our arrival. Besides, since we have pre-specified that we are 3 people when we ordered, we only got a double bed and additional bed had to be paid for. However, the staff were generally friendly. If you are really interested in the tourist spots “around there”, we strongly suggest you to stay more than one night as going there from downtown could be a nightmare, eg got refused from taxi driver, horrible traffic bill. The hotel itself is a bit old but the condition is ok. We didn’t have a lot of time in the hotel so we could not tell their quality of food and service.

Amazing hotel
I chose a nearby hotel because my family played fun diving in Padangbai. Although the location is very remote, the scenery is very beautiful. Out of the room there is a large lawn, the grass front is the sea, living here is very comfortable. Staff are very courteous, the room is very spacious. If I come back to Bali, I will choose here again.

It was a beautiful place to stay. Plenty to do off the property and still lovely if you don’t want to go anywhere. Best place I’ve stayed in Bali for the view and surroundings. The gardens are excellent and the pools are great. The rooms are a bit tired and could do with an update, but they a very clean. We would definitely stay there again and we have recommended the property to our family and friends.

The view from the wooden cottage sea front was amazing. The pool right in front was almost like a private pool. The staff was absolutely amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The walk from the cottage to the restaurant was easy and short. The only negative was that the bathroom could do with an upgrade, the towels were stained and threadbare. Some of the outdoor furniture and lounge covers were damaged.

The staff and the hotel was beautiful but very isolated if you have no method of transportation. We stayed for two nights and loved the pool side area and our accomodation. Expedia states the hotel has very fast WiFi which we struggled to connect with making contact with loved ones difficult and restaurant has limited vegetarian and vegan options for dinner which is quite surprising considering the options available in Ubud.

Dishonest. We had to check out after 3 days into an 8 day trip because they had a big group booking for a wedding which completely destroyed the peace and quiet. Screaming kids outside our cottage and rude guests. No warning and no refund. Avoid this place.

By far the best accomodation I’ve ever stayed in, it’s absolutely stunning, quiet, peaceful and the staff are the most kind, beautiful people I’ve ever met! Can’t wait to come back again. Kadek gave me the best massage I’ve ever had, little Kadek was the most attentive, funny, charming waitress, Yuli and all the other young girls and gents completing their training were absolutely incredible, they were all so kind and provided top quality service. Was so sad to leave and now I want to bring all my friends and family back to stay here

We stayed there one night on the way to the fast boat to Lombok. The place is nice and the staff all incredibly helpful. However the bathroom had literally 8x mosquitos when we arrived which could have been avoided. They only have one masseuse which not enough for an hotel their size.

A beautiful hotel with exceptional service
What a wonderful stay. From the delicious welcome drink to the clean rooms with their sea views this stay was perfect in every way. The onsite restaurant is such a bonus - lovely food at prices anybody can afford. And the vibe is great - super infinity pools and lovely low lighting in the evenings. We will return.
