It has spacious lobby and rooms, however, unfortunately the furniture is old. The lacking cleanliness, bed linen was not replaced, the bathroom was not cleaned properly, the carpet was not vacuumed.

HI the location of the Hotel is really great and the hotel complex also but there are some basic things missing, like a proper room-service and also a Mini Bar or at least a fridge where you could put in your drinks to keep them cool. Check-in took ages as there was only 1 person helping the guest although there where 10people waiting. Not an exception as i have seen it many days that there where over 10 people waiting to get helped to get check-in. Further for an all day dining the restaurant was already at 6pm closed and cleaned up. To ask for a basic Breakfast Buffet 35RM is way to expensive. Overall i liked it but there are major improvements to be made especially in the Customer Service & Experience, as there where also no suggested Tours in the Lobby. thanks Gerhard
