So noisy and hot :(

Location was perfect! And the room was beautiful. Few things made our stay not good… The worst thing was that there was no soundproofing, even though it was promised. In the middle of the night there was a terrible noise from other apartments, and it didn't stop. There was no hope that I would get any sleep in this noise. Another thing that ensured that I didn't get any sleep was that there was only one air conditioner in the large apartment, which I couldn't leave on. Even though we kept the air conditioner at the minimum level, it was really hot in the apartment. The third (not so serious thing) was that there was hardly any information between hotels.com and the host, because we were supposed to get a bottle of wine, but we didn't have one. Not serious, but it was a bit annoying. However, the stay was expensive, so unfortunately these three things were a big annoyance, especially since I took the accommodation in question so that I could get some sleep before my wedding day. I'm sorry that I have to leave a bad review.

Está muy bien ubicado con acceso a todos los lugares del centro histórico de la ciudad y con excelente acceso en transporte público para ir a otros lugares. Fantastic hosts, comfortable accommodation

Fantastic stay with the Ferrini. Great base to be in the heart of the city, yet quiet and well air conditioned. Great place for a couple. The staff were super helpful and hospitable from introdusin us to the place to helping with ideas or things to do. Very polite and helpful, can't rate them high enough. We did not have a car, maybe harder with one and where youy park etc.

The living quarters were loft style which is a favorite for me. Everything was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very cute and well organized with many gadgets for the stay. The hotel is central to restaurants and historic buildings and sites. Transportation is convenient and you can find tours and markets that are accessible by just a short walk.

Great Apartment in The Heart of Catania

Fantastic apartment! Very comfortable and you can’t beat the location. Comfortable bed, but you have to go up stairs to the bedroom and the bathroom is on the main floor. That is the only negative. Office for the building is around the corner and they arranged a taxi for me to the airport. The ladies in the office are very helpful. The metro is just around the corner and takes you (one stop) to the bus and train station. The restaurant outside the front door is very good! Say hi to Katiana, she speaks great english and is very helpful. There are also a few markets close by to get things to cook if you like, and bottled water.

Apartamento sem qualquer conforto e mal planejado. Iluminação da sala/cozinha péssima. Cozinha sem estrutura para ser utilizada adequadamente. Tomada da luz do quarto é na porta de entrada do apartamento. Cama sem cabeceira e com espaço entre o colchão e a parede. O barulho do ar condicionado é tão alto que é impossível dormir com ele ligado. Resolvemos então deixar a sacada aberta para refrescar e o resultado foi acordar durante a noite para matar pernilongo e acordamos com várias picadas.

Spacious unit

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Only issue we had was that the bedroom is upstairs and the bathroom on the lower level. Location was close to sites and restaurants. Communication with host was great.
