Bar staff excellent Check in better than last time although they didnt have my wake up call logged until i phoned to double check. Helpful and polite at desk. The 2nd lift has been repaired finally. Corridors still had food trays. On the whole a pleasant and easy stay. Carlos in the bar restaurant is super professional and on the ball.

Stay at DoubleTree by Hilton, Chelsea for 2 nights

Disappointed there was no drinking/bottled water in the room. The biscuits on arrival from check in staff were fabulous! We ran out of tissues on first day and they were never topped up. Very well supplied with shower gel, hair shampoo and conditioner and body lotion. Overall, really enjoyed the stay and we liked the hotel. Stayed once before when we were going to Wimbledon.. Same reason for this visit. Handy for tube and a couple of local restaurants.

The bedroom was clean, albeit a little small for a premium double, nice toiletries in the bathroom but no shower cap, cotton wool etc. view into a shared roof space but very quiet. Food in Cre was good, as was the breakfast. Staff friendly and efficient.
