Difficult stay

It was very poorly maintained. The pool was very cold as they did not heat it after all the Guadalajaran people left and over the weekend it had 20 kids in it so we did not swim. Both toilets leaked and did not flush well. There was no microwave or soap to wash dishes. The TV was static and sound was awful. Restaurant was ok - waiters were good but eggs were overcooked and pancakes were inedible. Bed was uncomfortable. One shower was unusable as the showerhead sprayed 5 sprays in all different directions. No one was there at checkout in the early morning. Will not recommend. I'm sorry - we have low expectations but this was very hard for my husband who has trouble with stairs and there were stairs everywhere to every room.

Interesante el Hotel, hace muchos años debió ser un gran Hotel de Lujo, el Hotel se conserva en buen estado pero si es posible observar el paso del tiempo, sin embargo es muy cómodo y con espacios muy grandes y excelente desayuno

None of the amenities that were advertised actually existed. I booked a kitchen because I like to cook. Very few cooking items were included, the stove didn’t work well and oven didn’t work at all. The refrigerator door wouldn’t stay closed. The fireplace did not work. The bed was hard as a rock. The bedding and towels were threadbare. There was no bar. The breakfast was passable but it had eight items only and two were not available any longer. The pool was not heated. The WiFi constantly cut out and worked VERY slowly for the brief periods it was working. The hot water (tepid really) ran out before one could complete a reasonable shower. The desk person in the morning and the waiter at breakfast were lovely. The rest of the staff was rude and surly. I am not a snob and I wasn’t expecting the Ritz but this was a total shabby lie. I expect it will fail soon. There were few guests and any other guests I with had the same complaints. Sadly, the hotel has amazing potential but is rundown and needs some upgrading and robust management. I would love to see it done properly.

Property originally a monastery, then medical clinic, and now a hotel. It was huge rooms, like a cave, and very poor lighting. Staff very nice, and helpful. It was never updated to be a hotel, it was designed to be a monastery. Bed mattress very poor. Internet - terrible. Ended up with no hot shower. I would like a refund or credit for bad hotel. hot shower

So far our stay has been amazing! The staff is professional but friendly. Facilities are clean, manicured and beautiful. The room is spacious, clean with all the details in place. Would highly recommend Hotel Danza del Sol to others.

Aunque esta clasificado en categoría 3 estrellas, el tipo de instalaciones es poco ordinario. Son villas en las qué se hospeda uno y para unas personas podrá parecer intrincada la distribución, pero eso da mucha privacidad. Tener desayuno incluído es la mejor manera de iniciar el día y para descansar y relajarse es magnífico. Cuenta con cocina industrial, para quién prefiera preparar sus alimentos.
