Nice hotel right in the historic centre

Great location. Minimal front desk help. Breakfast was in a different hotel in an unheated space. Food was mediocre to poor.

This is a charming hotel in the center of the city. Wonderful staff. Good sized room, comfortable bed. Clean bathroom. Quiet at night. View from our room was fabulous. Will stay there again!

The hotel is centrally locate and within walking distance to Juarez Theater and other places of interest. Our room was directly behind the University of Guanajuato law school, beautiful building. The hotel is small, clean well maintained, friendly staff, place across from the mini Basilica. Restaurants are across the street or within walking distance. The breakfast offer by the hotel is a Mexican style buffet, offering seasonal fruit, coffee, scramble eggs, a couple of different Mexican dishes, cereal, sweet bread, coffee and agua fresca. You walk less than half a mile to get to the restaurant where the breakfast is offered. Manny places to visit, great opportunity to learn Mexican history.

We loved the location. Except that on weekends or fiestas days, hundreds of people gather on the steps right across from Hotel de la Paz and hang out, sing and scream and enjoy themselves till very late into the night We stayed 3 nights. We slept moderately well 1 night. The room was very clean but the beds are way too short. We are not very tall people (5’8) and our feet were hanging off the bed. Also the A/C was insanely noisy. I would never stay there again. I hate having to write this. We still loved our time in Guanajuato.

Muy buenas instalaciones. El hotel a una cuadra de teatro Juarez. El lobby(la puerta) la cierran a Las 12AM pero es cuestion de tocar la puerta y alguien va a abrirte😉

Excellent location near all the main areas you want to visit . Walking distance to good restaurants and site seeing of the main attractions. Make sure to ask for the church and park area rooms for the best balcony and scenery
