漂亮有特色
酒店在ocean park住宅区里面，很多单行道，按照酒店邮件的指引，很容易找到。酒店布置地很精心，工作人员很热情，房间干净有特色，完美的厨房。适合长住，可惜这是我们在波多黎各的最后一晚。如果以后再来，还会住在这里。

Dreamcatcher, aptly named
Very beautiful and lush boutique hotel. Open air concept for the majority of the grounds, bed was in an enclosed room with AC that kept it very cool for some relief if you get sun drained but large windows to still feel like you are outdoors. Romantic Suite had 2 showers and a large concrete soaking tub, while large and deep- it could use an amenity like a small bath pillow to give some comfort. No complaints whatsoever with our stay, I am not vegan but their kitchen made me reconsider becoming one, great food and a daily selection of snacks and small bites available that are prepared fresh each morning at a reasonable cost. Service was 9/10, I would say my only note was housekeeping only visited our room once on the first evening over a 3 night stay, but every common area of the hotel was extremely well maintained and the cleanliness upon arrival was 10/10 so not necessarily required to have daily visits, just a personal preference. Area is in a gated neighborhood with security guards, very walkable, beach is a 3 min walk and towels/beach chairs are provided by the hotel. Shout out to Miguel who had a great touch of warmth and kindness with each interaction. Absolutely would stay again upon return to San Juan, eclectic and very aesthetically pleasing place to visit.

Beware of construction
The concept of the hotel is great. The room was small-ish, but clean with a balcony with a tub. We arrived in the night and were awaken by drilling and banging. They were doing construction in the room directly across from our room and on the balcony of that room as well. The noise was so loud and disruptive from a little before 8 AM to after 6 PM. It’s really unfortunate that the hotel knew they were going to be doing construction and decided to put guests directly across from where they were doing the construction. This ruined our stay. The power went out but they had a backup generator. As guests situated directly across from the room in which they were doing construction, we were not notified of any construction, we weren’t offered a different room. I had to complain several times before we were offered. They then offered to put us in a smaller room that was directly at the front of the establishment. We had plans and were in a time crunch and had to leave, our transportation outside, and were unable to see a room when offered. We ended up staying in the same room until the end of our stay. The last full day the chef, who made brunch from 8 to 1 PM, was not there. We received an email notification about this a few minutes before the brunch was supposed to start. The staff was friendly, not the owner so much. It would have been a lovely stay w/o these issues.

Nice location and cool vibe
We stayed here at the beginning and end of our trip to Puerto Rico. Room 22 was a bit dark and cavelike, but we loved the “outdoor” shower! Room 5 was bigger and brighter, but the “shower” was in a claw foot tub that was scary to enter and exit. A grab bar is needed. We enjoyed the neighborhood, but the property is a challenge to find, since gps directs you to locked up gates. The grounds are lovely and the vibe is cool.

This hotel poses as a calm sanctuary but there was construction and noise for the most part of each day. Staff was nice but they should have communicated that construction was ongoing and I would have never booked this hotel. Could have been a one off but if you are looking to get the actual relaxed feeling to match the ambiance of the hotel-go somewhere else.

The people (and the cats) are so nice and accommodating. Breakfast is absolutely delicious. The Coqui can get a little loud at night, but the place itself is very quiet and calming.

To be honest, I did not fully understand that the room I booked was going to look the way it did until I walked in - the bathroom and shower are located outside in a space I can only describe as a "mini-jungle" and the bedroom is a room with AC. I wouldn't have minded the separation of rooms if I didn't get bitten alive by mosquitoes each time I stepped out to the bathroom/shower. It's a great idea in theory (an outdoorsy shower/bathroom) but in actuality, it wasn't my cup of tea. I am glad it was only for one night! Other than that, the place itself had great bohemian vibes and great customer service - they came to my room to fix a lightbulb that wasn't working. They offer breakfast for an additional cost but they do provide you with beach towels and lend you beach chairs.
