The onsite spa has 9 treatment rooms including rooms for couples. Services include deep-tissue massages, hot stone massages, sports massages, and Swedish massages. It was less secluded than the other hotels so you can easily walk to restaurants and bars nearby, but the property itself is very quiet and super nice because it has a huge garden which is spotless and very well maintained.

Positives Rooms were lovely and well presented. Pool facilities were fantastic and nice lounges for relaxing. Food at ge most bar was great. Cons Noisy drilling on first afternoon. Arrived early and we're told we could check in early but actually then had to wait 5 hours until 10 minutes before actual check in. This was fine but had it been communicated we would not have hung around the hotel. Evening meal at pescado restaurant was poor.

None of restaurants would get 5 star hotel service .. breakfast very poor ( as well no AC in breakfast ) . Restaurants as well lack of international choices . Excellent Stay at Savoy Mahe

The property is nice and the staff really make this a 5 star hotel Mr Ahmed has been very gracious and helpful. Ms. Albia also very attentive and helpful. We had a minor issue and Mr Ahmed took care of it immediately- this is the mark of an outstanding property. The beach is also super and the area restaurants are good.

Very beautiful hotel at Beau Vallon Beach

Elna from the reception upgraded us and was always available for any questions. She made our stay FANTASTIC but also the other stuff were very friendly and helpful, specially all those from the breakfast. Extremly large swimming pool all surrounded with trees and flowers. Well maintained despite hotel is not the newest one and rooms should be refurbished at one point. Beach is great.

The best service one could ever ask for

We booked Savoy for its great location and 5 start rating. Unfortunately my wife get extremely sick the day we arrived (from food she ate at the airport on our journey to Seychelles) and eventually needed hospitalisation in an emergency situation one night - an extremely stressful and worrying experience, especially being so far from home. However, the hotel staff were truly incredible and became our family away from home. When my wife needed hospitalisation during the night, the night managers made all of the arrangements for us to get to the hospital as quickly and safely as possible, and were physically present during our emergency. One of the restaurant staff also came with us to the hospital after her late evening shift due how ill my wife was and concern with the situation - she stayed with us in the hospital until 4am and went to and from the hospital with us, which we are incredibly grateful for. When we returned to the hotel at 4am, the managers were on standby and ensured that the chef had prepared specially made meals for my wife, which they also did throughout the remainder of our stay. The staff were incredibly attentive, caring and gave us incredible service to ensure they did everything they could to make our stay as good as possible in the circumstances. A very big shout out to Abdullah (reception manager), Armia Moussa (night manager) and Gaelle (restaurant staff) who all helped us during our emergency - they went above and beyond and we are forever grateful!

Good quality hotel, but food not so

Hotel was very clean and good quality however after upgrading to half board was shocked to find out that this did not include drinks and also if i wanted to eat in the restaurant, after paying £200 was only entitled to £150 worth of credits. Buffet food lacked flavour but chef did give free lunch after receiving feedback

This hotel was built in 2014. And rated 5*. Overtime obvious wear and tear. It now needs an overhaul especially in the main indoor dining area as dated. The food was okay. I would now say the rating is 4*. £300/night B&B was expensive. The staff were nice. The most irritating issue was the poor Wi-Fi signal…

This hotel is far from the Savoy standard we enjoy in London. It has 5 star status but the facilities, staff, service do not justify this level. The prices are set at 5 star plus, however the overall experience is far from that level. Poor maintenance, poor staff attention, payment demanded for basic things -like water during half board meals! More like a Mediterranean 3 star standard but will less attentive staff. Save your money and book a lower grade boutique hotel and then eat in the better quality and managed independent food venues. That is what I will do next time.

Not worth it.

Ignored us when we were checking in. No welcoming or asked if we wanted to seat for waiting. Too slow checking us in. They forgot my birthday settings in the room even when we reminded them prior the arrival 6x through email. Would not come back. Wouldn’t call this a 5 star hotel, maybe at best a 4 star hotel. Paid more than 1000 euros for 2 nights.
