Certainly impressed with the state of the hotel compared to a few years ago. Beds are super comfortable and a personal favorite of mine is all of the fluffy yet supportive pillows you get on the bed unlike most other hotels. Staff is always welcoming & helpful with anything you need 😊.

AWESOME

The room smelled clean. Plenty of space. Lots of charging ports. Excellent lighting options. Room with single king bed had a spacious sitting area with a simple desk for office duties on the go. Price was fair. We were going to stop at Danville. But they were all full. This motel had great parking and it was quiet. A great breakfast is included, biscuits, gravy, eggs, sausage, waffles, and so forth. Along with the cereals and toast. Not a lot of options for an old fat diabetic but it was excellent all the same. And very friendly polite staff. From my perspective in room 319. Happy Trails Folks - Philip

Staff was very nice. Being somebody who uses a wheelchair, I needed to lower the bed so that I could get into it and they allowed us to remove the metal frame under the bed which worked perfectly. The only real issue was the size of the bathroom. It had a cut out for the wheelchair to get close to the sink, but the door opened up into the bathroom, which made it a little difficult to transfer into a shower chair in the tub. Also, there was no handheld shower.

The good and the bad

The good - location was good, the price was good, the breakfast was good, our room was mostly clean, the wifi had a pretty good signal The not so good - I did find one roach in our room but it got away before I could kill it. Also, there were no drawers to use for unpacking my suitcase, the page where you had to sign on to their wifi had white lettering on a white backgroud - which makes no sense at all, and made it difficult to get signed on. Still, I would seriously consider staying there again the next time I am in Nicholasville, if the price is right. Apparently their prices vary from time to trime.

Flew into the area to hunt. The hotel was close to the airport making it convenient. We booked before our trip and finding the hotel to be clean with nicely appointed rooms and friendly staff was appreciated. We rebooked for one night before our departure from Kentucky as we were so pleased with this property.
