Fortjener ikke alle de dårlige anmeldelsene.
Basert på vår erfaring med ett 5 dagers besøk, dette er en veldig bra resort! Ja kanskje ikke den aller mest fantastiske bufferen, men god variasjon i utvalg. Hyggelige ansatte (som alle snakker engelsk) God stemning, fine bassengområde, bra rom og en super seng! Daglig rengjøring og påfyll i minibaren. Og med unntak av en lunch der det tok 25 min før vi fikk noe å drikke, så var servicen helt grei. Denne resorten ligger ganske langt fra vannet, men man har full tilgang til den som ligger på stranden.(med unntak av restaurantene) men alle barer og solsenger osv kan man fint bruke. Det tar ca 10-15 min å gå mellom resorten i gjennom et veldig hyggelig område med både fugler, skilpadder og maravaner. Om man ikke vil gå kan man ta transporten som går mellom resorten. Vi skal definitivt tilbake hit igjen, men neste gang blir det nok på resorten som ligger nærmest stranden.

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price
Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price We had high expectations for Royalton Splash Punta Cana, given the price, but unfortunately, our experience fell far short. While the hotel does have a convenient location, the quality and service did not justify the cost. The room was poorly maintained, with outdated furniture. For the rate charged, we expected much better amenities. The staff, while polite, seemed overwhelmed and unable to address concerns promptly. Delayed housekeeping and lack of response to a complaint. Overall, Royalton Splash Punta Cana feels overpriced for what it offers. We’ve stayed at much better hotels for significantly less. We wouldn’t recommend this place unless they drastically improve their standards or lower their rates.

Rooms are derty all over and horrible structure condition. The water smels very bad. You have to think twice to take a shower here. Despit the condition of the towels. Food is real bad and no amenities at this place.

Terrible customer service, the rooms are not clean with mold everywhere, the air conditioner doesn’t work, drinks were watery, food was cold and no utensils to found. I can keep mentioning but I know it’s not going to change anything.

This property should be stripped of its Marriott name and stars. This hotel, that is marketed as a 5-star resort, is less than 2 at best. Extremely dirty (the staff washes the floor at night using buckets of pool water), there are leaking holes in every ceiling, including the dining hall, where they use buckets of water and dirty towels to absorb the water next to where they cook your food. We found bugs in our food on several occasions and cockroaches in our room. When we complained to head office their reply was “we recommend you deal with your resort staff”, who was equally unhelpful.

Excelente! Buena habitación, transportación dentro del hotel, atención personal para tus necesidades, que la nuestra fue Yamily y fue excelente su trabajo. Food options are terrible for vegetarians. Most of the staff doesn’t understand and are not friendly if you don’t speak spanish. There are no salt or pepper shakers anywhere. Not enough utensils are placed in each of the buffet items so people mix raw meat and vegetables together. Menu items that are listed are not available at a lot of the restaurants and café shops. even with Google translate, staff would still not understand. Bathrooms have black molds on the grout. Comforters were stained and ripped.
