空調出問題

公寓原來是有冷氣的, 但在入住的第一時間, 他們飯店人員就知道我的房內的冷氣控制面板是壞掉的, 所以我無法打開/關閉/調整溫度, 也承諾會找技工來修理, 結果我等了兩天, 也問過櫃台兩次, 何時會來修理, 但都沒有任何人來查看過, 我當初是訂了七個晚上, 直到第三天我受不了, 才問他們是否能提供電風扇給我使用 (夏天沒有空調冷氣是很可怕的), 他們才給我一架電風扇, 直到我退房, 都沒有任何人來查看過; 另外因為這是公寓, 所以若在住宿期間要求他們清理垃圾/換毛巾...等房務, 是要額外付費的, 要特別注意．

很好

飯店周圍的治安很好，半夜12點走在街上，還有人在蹓狗。附近也有餐廳，但下午都會休息。附近也有超市！坐地鐵進市區也快（約20分鐘）房間沒有冷氣，但開窗，空氣好，也很舒服！覺得很棒！

是一間毉潔的酒店，但設施有待改善

今次第二次入住，五天住宿感覺没有第一次好，房間清潔度是一流的，但房間很多少設施已經有損壞的情況，最差勁是浴室淋浴位置的設計，無論你如何小心淋浴，最後都是滿地水。今次入住第一天便要换房，浴室的暖管壞了，根本無法在浴室內淋浴。

bed and room size is good, air con is bad

We're 5 ppl and booked 5 ppl room, inside the room got 1x king bed, 2x single and 1 sofa double bed. All the bed is good. however, refrigerator is not working and air con can not turn on while the window is open. the air con will turn off automaticlly. Then you need to call front desk to turn it on again. Also, the air con can not adjust temperature. So, if winter time is ok, if summer time then may have problem.

很差的一間酒店

酒店遠離地鐵站，房間冷氣不能調校溫度暖氣太熱。沖涼的水力不足。酒店的寬頻速度好慢，而且經常連唔到線，我在這間酒店住6了晚，，有3晚完全上唔到網。住6晚都沒有house keeping，換毛巾亦要收費。一定不會推薦這間酒店。

很棒的房間,只有一點小缺失

飯店房間很大還有廚房及餐具可用<整體而言很優>,可惜浴室淋浴設備不ok水流滿地,且第一次遇到房間清潔服務還要收費20歐元

按密码才能进大门的酒店

适合背包族，里面有烹饪用品，也有自助洗衣设施。酒店挺干净。但没能安排几个房间一起THOUGH我已经提前一个月向酒店要求了。

Nice & High Price to Quality Hotel

Clean, tidy & nice service. Lots of restaurants & bars nearby. Also, 2 supermarkets, one barkery, one post-office, one telcom store and a post office in that area within 10 mins walking between the hotel and metro. It takes around 45 mins from hotel to most of the senic spots in zone one. By considering its price, it's fair to me.

Muito bom

O hotel é muito bom, apenas necessita melhorar a iluminação com uma lâmpada branca pra alguma necessidade, já que todas são amarelas, porém isso não diminui a qualidade do hotel. Os únicos pontos negativos foram a comunicação pra entrar no hotel onde a porta de entrada principal precisa de um código pra acessar ou discar na recepção, porém não nos foi passado o código ou número da recepção e ficamos esperando por alguns minutos na frente até que outro hóspede apareceu e a porta se abriu e o principal ponto negativo foi aparentemente a impaciência da recepcionista que nos recebeu, meu inglês não é muito bom e aparentemente ela não tinha interesse em explicar as questões de forma devagar pra que eu pudesse entender mais rápido, então tive que perguntar algumas coisas novamente. Em contrapartida o recepcionista da noite foi muito atencioso.
