Matteo is a fantastic host and the property is simply amazing!! Both the design and location. But I think the best quality was how relaxing and homely the place felt, it really did feel like a luxury private home rather than a guesthouse. The views over Pedra da Gavea and Sao Conrado were breathtaking, and again Matteo was a fantastic and conscientious host. I can wholeheartedly recommend Tuakaza, and I personally would like to stay there again. Muito obrigado Matteo. Tom

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel resort in Rio de Janeiro that left a lasting impression on me and my wife. The building itself was designed by an architect who managed to imbue it with a sense of wonder that truly enhanced my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the stunning view that greeted me, and this feeling continued throughout my stay. One of the standout aspects of my stay was the incredible breakfast, which featured fresh fruit and was served with a view of the valley. The combination of delicious food and beautiful scenery was truly unbeatable. But what really made this hotel stand out was the service. The staff were incredibly warm and friendly, and their approach made me feel like I was staying at a friend's place rather than a hotel.

Tuakaza is an amazing place to stay. Hospitality and amenities are 10/10. Breakfast is served, and there are many opportunities for relaxing. The scenery is beautiful, and the pool adds to the beauty. I would highly suggest Tuakaza to any traveler who wants to get away from the noise of the city, but still wants easy access to it.
