客房舒適乾淨，服務親切熱情，交通便利

我們住三晚，mini bar的飲料是免費的，不過第一天喝完之後的後兩天都沒有補滿了，有點小氣。服務親切相當不錯。客房舒適缺點是隔音差。櫃檯距離房門口只有2m，太可怕了。地理位置不錯走5～10就可以到達公車集中處及捷運站

干净舒适方便的酒店

酒店在一栋民居的三楼，其他楼层是其他不同的酒店。可以体验老式的电梯。距离中央火车站走路十多分钟，但罗马的道路是石板路为主，拉着行李有点累。酒店房间不多，整体感觉舒服干净。房间设施很充足，提供热水壶和电吹风。mini bar的水和饮料都可以免费喝，其他零食要收费。酒店的服务人员英语不错，也很热情。早餐种类很丰富，香肠和炒鸡蛋很好吃，酸奶也不错~其他的面包蛋糕果汁选择很多~

Abbiamo trascorso una notte in questo hotel molto ben posizionato e vicino ai maggiori punti d'interesse. Siamo stati ben accolti, la camera era spaziosa, pulita e molto silenziosa anche se sporgeva su una piccola corte interna. Nessun problema, personale molto disponibile anche se non è presente una vera e propria reception permanente. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti !

Service was really perfect. Since our flight was landing at night (around 10pm), the hotel suggested a self check-in procedure. It went super smooth, very clear instructions. The service was very reactive during our stay, appreciate the flexibility and recommandations that they provided us regarding our visit program. Strong point to notice is the luggage storage service they offer (for free) on demand. Our return flight was at the end of the day so we left the room on the morning and they kept our luggage until the end of the day when we had to go to the airport, very convenient. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely go back here if we have the chance to.

Veldig hyggelig sted!

Veldig hyggelig hotell og vertskap! Gode senger, rent og pent. Vi trodde det var frokost, det er det ikke. Til gjengjeld ligger det et veldig hyggelig sted rett nedi gaten. Eneste lille minuset for vår del, er at det er veldig lytt. Barn i gangen 0730 om morgenen, hørtes veldig godt inn på rommet 😅 Totalt sett et veldig hyggelig opphold, sentralt og flere restauranter i nærheten 🤗

Accueil très complet, communication, claire et efficace avec l’établissement. De très bonnes recommandations de la part de l’hôtesse. Une chambre bien préparée. Une très bonne isolation vers l’extérieur mais attention pas du tout à l’intérieur. Dommage mais le reste est parfait.

Booked it before anyone else could.

Really nice place, perfectly located in relation to the station and the sights in the city center. Shops and good restaurants are nearby, and the staff are incredibly friendly.

This is not a hotel, but still a good choice

Stayed here with my wife for a few nights, first in a standard room, then a deluxe. Very nice and clean rooms, spacious and modern. Good bed and good AC. Location is perfect for exploring Rome. Since it is not really a hotel it does not have a normal reception, giving some issues with checking in and getting hold of the service people. They are very friendly and helpful but mostly only one working that we could see so response times were a bit slow. Could absolutely recommend it for anyone going to Rome who don’t need or want the full hotel experience. The value is amazing

Thank you Relais!

Very nice staff! I was delayed by a whole day due to weather in the states and with a call to the hotel they kept my reservation. I also left my charger and I was able to grope one with no problem. They made sure that we knew when and how to contact them throughout our stay. Very nice service! Just around the corner from the Colosseum and trevi fountain was a nice surprise.
