i was staying in room 7 and on arrival i was unable to access my room on arrival , the manager could not open the door with the correct key i had to wait in the carpark in the cold for over 25 minutes until a new manager got there with the correct key , could not really speak english i was unable to understand what he was saying , all i could see was that the key he had would not open the door, and when the second manager got there all she did was smile and say "very sorry" terrible customer service , the room was very cold and musty the bed had very limited blankets and was extremely uncomfortable the mattress in the middle had collapse and your body sunk very deep into the mattress i ended up sleeping in the single bed, the shower was very dirty soap scum on the glass, only half a roll of toilet paper , not a great overnight stay at all
