The girl at check in had no personality and was rude as we were 1/2 hour early.
I stay in hotels all around the world. When people are coming to a hotel they have traveled a distance and are tired. Your staff needs to be schooled on how to welcome their guests. HORRIBLE customer service

Our stay was very nice. The staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful. I thought the Bistro would have been more like a restaurant. It would gave been nice if they offered a breakfast buffet like other hotel chains.

Beds can use some work. Very hard and pillows have zero support. Otherwise stay was first class.

I liked the proximity to airport. I didn't like that housekeeping didnt attend our room and when we asked for coffee cups and towels we were told there was no staff to provide the service we would have to go get it ourselves. We called front desk at 7:30am

I asked for a handicapped accessible room with a shower and a couch which is what I thought I had. When we arrived we were given a room with a tub. I had surgery last year which made it impossible to get in a tub or sleep in a bed.
The staff were great and immediately got me a room with an accessible shower. But I asked if it had a couch and was assured that there was one.
There was not. I was unable to sleep in the chair that was there and unable to sleep in the bed. It is now 3:00 am and my husband is having surgery in 5 hours. This is not going to be a good day.
