The hotel is as expected on arrival, with a smooth check in experience.
However, the first room we were given had issues with the keycard, which took at least 30 mins to solve.
Also the air conditioning units were not working, so we could not heat the room.
We had to change room.
The front desk staff were apologetic, friendly, and understanding. They provided a portable heater for the room, which was very effective, and we were very glad of this.
The breakfast was extremely busy, during peak times.
I am not sure why a hotel would be designed with so many rooms and then have such little room for eating at tables. Makes very little sense.
The food at breakfast was well presented and tasted good. We were thankful of that.
Rooms and bathrooms were well presented and clean. Shower worked well, with wonderful warm water. In all, an average stay.
The staff on the whole were very nice, and seem to be let down by ownership, with the design of breakfast and the fact that the air-conditioning units were not working, which meant rooms were cold.
This SHOULD be addressed, and staff thanked for their patience.
