Be in the action but quiet and super nice

This hotel is amazing. It sits at the top of Pamplona it was a great place to stay for running the bulls. It’s walking distance to everything and four blocks from the start of the running of the bulls. It’s also a great place to get away from everything even though it’s so close.

No repetiría… les falta mucho

Experiencia muy regular…. Lleganos a la 1 y no había habitación OK. Volvimos a las 3. Todavía no había y ya habíamos dejado todos nuestros documentos. Al final nos dieron cualquier habitación, horrible. Pequeña, sin luz. El agua salía por todos lados cuando te bañabas.

Great Stay

Lovely, peaceful hotel considering the hustle and bustle of Pamplona itself at night. Very comfortable room and we slept very well. Word of warning our sat nav took us on a route which included walking at the end but we ignored it and managed to find the hotel eventually and the staff were great and parked the car for us in the hotel’s secure car park. We discovered on arrival that we’d had an email explaining what route to take but as we’d only booked on the day hadn’t seen it! The hotel is central to all the restaurants and sights of Pamplona and everything is very easily walkable.

Special hotel to stay in in Pamplona

A wonderful hotel to stay in in the beautiful walled city of Pamplona . Close to the Gate of France and the wall the hotel is calm quiet and has beautiful views across the valley from rooms at the back, one of which we were fortunate to have. The staff at re option are welcoming and always willing to help. We had a meal at the hotel one night and it was delicious.

Séjour parfait, tant au niveau de l'état général et de la propreté, avec un accueil irréprochable par des professionnels à l'écoute de ses clients, et soucieux de satisfaire ses clients. Petit déjeuner haut de gamme. A Pampelune, c'est bien là qu'il faut être hébergé. Dommage, nous n'y avons dormi que 2 nuits.

Beautiful boutique hotel

Beautiful upscale boutique hotel at the northern end of the old town. Valet parking is 19€ a day. The public areas are comfortable and well decorated. The staff was very friendly and multi-lingual. I had a corner room on the third floor with 5 windows looking out to a panoramic view of newer parts of Pamplona. The bedding was comfortable and the water pressure was good. Really enjoyed my stay.

Beautiful hotel in traditional building in the old town. Highly recommend, set back from the noisier streets, quiet by night. 5 min walk into the centre, close to tapas bars, restaurants. Would definitely return.
