Cigarettes smell in rooms, changed rooms third times still the same. The final one, the bed was too small. It doesn’t look like an ordinary hotel, but a motel for short stay (you know that 😏). Eventually had a full refund.

如果你是商務出差的話，很適合到這邊，這邊價格便宜有浴缸還有附贈早餐，對於出差來講CP值很高，但如果你期待的是高級酒店的裝潢或是整潔度，那可能要求就有點太高了。

Rufuses to Stay Due to Poor Room Condition
Upon arrival greeted by polite attendee. However, room smelled strongly of mold, mildew and cigarette smoke though all rooms were non-smoking. We asked for another room, and it smelled just as bad. Room is dated, dark, and windows were extremely small. Fortunately, a refund was given as we refused to stay in a place this dirty and unkept.

糟透的住宿經驗
這是我遇過最糟糕的一次住宿經驗，當天 下午三點多傳簡訊說我的訂房被取消，房間將不保留，我立刻回電說為何，原因是什麼，旅館人員說:因為我都沒接電話，所以不確定是否會到，我立刻回:電話未接，不能傳簡訊詢問狀況嗎？因為可能上班不方便接電話…等等原因，那你們會傳簡訊說要取消我房間，不會傳簡訊問大概幾點會到店嗎？而且入住時間寫15:00-23:00，下午就立刻要取消我的預訂，這種做法真讓人難以接受，以後也不會有再住的機會了，非常不推薦

浴室相當寬敞，但熱水真的來的很慢
洗澡要等一段時間
空調是中央空調，強中弱風根本無差異
睡覺也沒辦法調整溫度，一度被熱醒…

整體還OK，服務也蠻好，早餐配合指定時間送到房間，送餐前也會先確認，東西是好吃的很不錯。
清潔的部分可能需要加強，在房間看到小強嚇到，還好已經要退房了。
隔音比較差，在房內聽小朋友在走廊奔跑嬉鬧喊媽媽。最後一天還在房間內聞到陣陣菸味，這兩個可能是同層其他房客的水準問題，但這部分感覺還是蠻差的。

我訂房時是選擇現場付款，當天比較晚入住，而晚班的櫃檯人員並不清楚現場付款的流程，堅持要我們上網付費，而且
在溝通過程中，非常沒有禮貌，櫃檯電話響時直接接起電話，完全沒有一聲知會；隔天要求付款時，還要我們多付超額的金額（比網站上訂的金額還要多），下次絕對不會再去了。
