Cigarette smell smoking is forbidden but I think the guests do not comply. Small step in front power chair has to be lifted. Help very nice and checkout was noon!

Cigarettes smell in rooms, changed rooms third times still the same. The final one, the bed was too small. It doesn’t look like an ordinary hotel, but a motel for short stay (you know that 😏). Eventually had a full refund.

Rufuses to Stay Due to Poor Room Condition

Upon arrival greeted by polite attendee. However, room smelled strongly of mold, mildew and cigarette smoke though all rooms were non-smoking. We asked for another room, and it smelled just as bad. Room is dated, dark, and windows were extremely small. Fortunately, a refund was given as we refused to stay in a place this dirty and unkept.

這是我遇過最糟糕的一次住宿經驗，當天下午三點多傳簡訊說我的訂房被取消，房間將不保留，我立刻回電說為何，原因是什麼，旅館人員說:因為我都沒接電話，所以不確定是否會到，我立刻回:電話未接，不能傳簡訊詢問狀況嗎？因為可能上班不方便接電話…等等原因，那你們會傳簡訊說要取消我房間，不會傳簡訊問大概幾點會到店嗎？而且入住時間寫15:00-23:00，下午就立刻要取消我的預訂，這種做法真讓人難以接受，以後也不會有再住的機會了，非常不推薦

整體還OK，服務也蠻好，早餐配合指定時間送到房間，送餐前也會先確認，東西是好吃的很不錯。 清潔的部分可能需要加強，在房間看到小強嚇到，還好已經要退房了。 隔音比較差，在房內聽小朋友在走廊奔跑嬉鬧喊媽媽。最後一天還在房間內聞到陣陣菸味，這兩個可能是同層其他房客的水準問題，但這部分感覺還是蠻差的。
