It was a safe, comfortable amd enjoyable stay. Restaurant staff were friendly & alert to guests needs. Interacted with Pastry Chef Ms Vinitha Sri. Compliments for her culinary skills, pastries were delicious, presentation was awesome, range of pastry options amazing. However few guests were seen wasting food.
Poor customer service. The front desk staff is not properly trained for customer check-ins. They’re very slow and are not aware of the necessary documentation for check-ins. Also, the dining staff were rude and condescending.

It was an average hotel and front office staff needs to be more professional. Common areas in hotel was run down and needed upkeep. Overall not at all an experience of a 5 star or a 4 star hotel, but more like a 3.5 star.

나무랄 것 없이 좋은 호텔.
친절한 로비 직원, 훌륭한 공짜 아침 조식. 심지어 반주에 맞추어 플롯? 연주도 매일 아침 해 줌
다만 아침에 좀 더 인도식이 아닌 음식이 있으면 좋겠음 (훈제 치킨이라든가, 훈제 연어, 태국식 누들, 샐러드용 양상추, 이런 것들)
