Muy buena opción.

El hotel está muy bien, las habitaciones cómodas, amplias y limpias. El personal es muy atento. El restaurante Casa Nostra muy bueno. Es un hotel pequeño pero se esfuerzan por ser grandes, presentan shows por las noches en el área de.la alberca, tienen actividades para adultos y niños durante el día. El único bemol es que deben limpiar el sargazo.

The resort is really nice. My family and children really enjoyed the say but the only cons is the food at the mercado, which is the main buffet, is not the best. There is not a variety of food and it doesn't taste good at all. If the food is the buffet gets improved, the rate will be 10/10

Muy amplios los ambientes .. siempre encontramos reposeras en los alrededores de la picina,el club de niños las chicas súper atentas y divertidas éramos 10 personas con bebas y niños pequeños .falto más variedad de comida para los bebés pero buscaban la forma de resolverlo. Lo malo para los latinos que acostumbramos a cenar tarde el turno de las 9:30 no funciona.nos daban todos los platos juntos atorándonos con el postre porq la cocina cierra temprano.. la bebida podría mejorar con más personal para q sea más rápido el servicio y los helados para los niños no daban a abasto. Siempre faltaban .por lo demás es un hermoso y cómodo hotel y la playa limpia de arena súper suave.. volvería a ir sin dudas .

I traveled to Mexico for the first time with my children. The service from the staff at this hotel is terrible (when you order a drink, it takes hours to bring it to the table). The food is scarce. The beach is perfect, free of sargassum, and the hotel is very clean. I had to speak with the very kind manager about dining at a restaurant, since they had no availability for five days. I do not recommend the hotel.

The property is nice, it’s newly remodeled and our one bedroom suite was awesome with great views. The water park was also great. But, it’s a smaller resort than we are used to. They only had two restaurants in addition to the buffet. And a BIG negative was the fact that the beach was public. There were so many people not from the hotel using the beach and there are no restrooms provided for them - we saw poop floating in the water. It was very disappointing. Also, zero shade on the beach. Almost no palm trees or umbrellas to provide some shade. There were 4 umbrellas for 200 or so chairs. We will not return.

The manager Armando was super. He was very easy to talk to and he would help with any problem or concern we had. He's the ultimate Manager. Very friendly and always looking to make sure that the Guest was satisfied. If I had a business, I would want someone like him to be the manager. In addition to Armando, there are a few others I'd like to commend. Gemma, waitress, is a hard worker and tries to make sure you're comfortable with your dining. Moses, Bellhop, was very helpful and a very friendly person. He was always willing to help to make sure our stay was enjoyable. As well as JaFet. Very pleasant gentleman and was always there to help with any question or with our luggage. Overall, we enjoyed out stay at Melia Casa Maya Cancun, and would definitely consider a return stay there. Thanks to you all: Armando, Gemma, Moses and JaFet. You made our stay most enjoyable.
