El hotel está muy bien, las habitaciones cómodas, amplias y limpias. El personal es muy atento. El restaurante Casa Nostra muy bueno.
Es un hotel pequeño pero se esfuerzan por ser grandes, presentan shows por las noches en el área de.la alberca, tienen actividades para adultos y niños durante el día.
El único bemol es que deben limpiar el sargazo.

The resort is really nice. My family and children really enjoyed the say but the only cons is the food at the mercado, which is the main buffet, is not the best. There is not a variety of food and it doesn't taste good at all. If the food is the buffet gets improved, the rate will be 10/10

Las habitaciones, servicios y amenidades en general muy buenas. Solo los empleados a veces en modo pasivo agresivo. Los bartenders debería tener mejor actitud con todos los huéspedes aún sin esperar alguna propina a cambio.

It was small and clean. It was difficult to get service, we waited 10 minutes at the bar and no one acknowledged our existence. That's a little frustrating since it was all inclusive and we paid for drinks that we couldn't get. Between 4-6 there was nothing available for snacks and we had kids with us so that was sometimes frustrating. Bars didn't serve alcohol drinks before 11 so a morning bloody Mary was out of the question. If you are looking for a small place, with clean rooms and bathrooms this place is great. We probably won't stay here again though, as it felt like the service was subpar and other resorts have historically been more accommodating.

Poor food selection and quality, not hot water showers in multiple rooms visited, concierge no help with any request and was only making promises to obtain a tip. Too much to list so research and go elsewhere.

The beach is the winner. Exceptional.
The aesthetic of the hotel is beautiful. Small enough to not feel overwhelming, especially if travelling with little ones.
Service is impeccable.

Fabuola at marketing team- very friendly and great host.
Improvements-
Cleanliness. They need to clean up the floors more often. Bathrooms left a lot to be desired, we found our shower needed a deep clean.
Gym- a resort needs a gym. I didn’t even check this in advance of booking because it’s usually a given, was surprised to learn there was none.
Babysitting- nice to have but if you guys could add this in the future, it’ll be a welcomed addition for many families.

Overall my Family and I had a great experience. Staff were extremely welcoming and nice. The concierge Atzi was so sweet and helpful. Property and room were very clean. There’s entertainment at the pool throughout the day and performances at night in the lobby. The food was terrible. The only thing we enjoyed was the steak and desert from the restaurant Cape Nao that’s there. The drinks were extremely watered down. I suggest you bring your own alcohol. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because of the food, besides that great experience.

Had bad outlet in room. Reported it immediately since we needed outlet in the bathroom. After reporting it 4 times and two days later it was still not fixed. I then requested to change rooms. Front desk said they could move me into another room but would be slight downgrade because the new room wouldn’t have good ocean view because it was on first floor. They said I could upgrade to a suite and my cost. I explained that it was ridiculous that I would have to pay to upgrade when they had a record of me asking 4 times over two days to have my outlet fixed. My wife had to blow dry her hair on the bed with no mirror around as the was the only other working outlet. Long story short I was left with option of staying in room without a working outlet in bathroom, or downgrade room or upgrade at my cost. I ended up upgrading at my cost. After arguing with them for so long they deducted $80 from my upgrade cost of $380. This is by far worst customer service in a resort that I have encountered!!!! That upgrade should have been free at very least since they ignored my 4 requests to get outlet fixed.
All staff were very friendly throughout our stay.
Claudia from concierge services was the greatest !!!! She was so helpful and nice everytime. Made us feel like family and not just guests.
As for the food..well that is another whole issue. Limited restaurants. And restaurants routinely ran out of items. Ran out of New York steak 2 nites in row. Ran out of mussels, ice cream, salmon, bacon.
