設施欠佳 服務不周 不諳英語 早餐單調 無法寄存行李

old decoration and dark but clean, especially the toilet
no tea, no cup, no kettle, no telephone, no luggage storage service, no hairdrier
good heating facility
stable wifi
close to supermarket and restaurant
did not refill the shower gel for me
low language proficiency, not even understand "scrambled egg"
simple breakfast -- only bread... not even scrambled egg
Only drink and bread are provided for breakfast but it costs 6.5€. I told the restaurant and the manager(?) that I want egg in my breakfast. The manger said that I have to order in advanced. When I ordered at that night, the boy said that the restaurant may not make it. I told him that he had to tell the restaurant know. Obviously he did not do anything. What I wanted is scambled egg. This request was so simple... T.T
