This the worst experience in my life, window is very small and the roof also is low to standup, the steps is too high and narrow to carry the luggage in the room.The toilet is smelling and tiny. The service is no service. It’s so terrible to have that price to stay in that kind of place.

Nice hotel for families close to station
We wanted a hotel walking distance from train station and this was perfect since we were just staying for a day! There are 5 in my family and we were in 1 room which was perfect for our short stay. Restos and stores close by, and staff was friendly!

Estuvo excelente mi estancia en el hotel, la habitación es muy pequeña pero confortable, yo elegí la opción de habitación con baño separado del cual nos daban llave para solo nosotros y el cual no estuvo mal porque estaba justo frente a la habitación. La ubicación también es buena, nosotros todo lo hicimos caminando. En recepción hay servicio de maquina de café y snacks. Es una muy buena opción para hospedarte en Ámsterdam, lo recomiendo ampliamente.

HORRIBLE
was absolutely the most horrible experience in my life. There wasn’t an elevator or anyone to help take luggage up and down narrow, spiral staircases. There were absolutely no amenities. They required a cash deposit upon arrival which we were not notified of prior to check in and they only took euros and no other currency. the room was dirty unkept and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Not to mention they had absolutely no air conditioning and we were not notified that it was under repair for the entire stay. We had to sleep with the windows open and we ended up getting bug bites all over us! There was no safe to keep our valuables in that was usable in a very unsafe part of the city. Anyone was allowed to walk into the hotel at any time day or night, there were no safety measures to keep us safe.

Otelde 3 kişi arkadaş grubu olarak tek odada kaldık. Manzaralı odayı verdikleri için teşekkür ediyorum kanal manzarası çok güzeldi. Konum olarak bence en iyilerden bir tanesiydi. Arka caddede dam meydanı, biraz ilerdeyse red light district vardı. Otelin altında ve çevresinde restoranlar mevcut, hemen aşağıda kanal gezileri için turlardan yerinizi ayırttırabiliyorsunız. Ancak otelin bulunduğu sokakta çöp yığınları ve yoğun idrar kokusu vardı. Yanımızda kahve ve çaylarla gelmiştik ancak odada kettle hizmeti yoktu. Otel sahibi riskli durumlardan dolayı kaldırdıklarını ifade etti, otel girişinde sıcak su ve kahve makinesi vardı. Odamız her gün düzenli şekilde toplanmıştı, banyo yenilenmişti, oda küçüktü ancak bunu bilerek ayırtmıştık sorun yok. 3. Katın merdivenleri biraz dik ve dardı valiz taşımakta zorlandık ancak güzel manzaramız için bunu da sorun etmedik. Fiyat performans.
