My first time visiting Milan, and this hotel was exceptional. The staff were amazingly nice and considerate. The room was more than I expected it to be and it was very clean. I will definitely be back!

Great location - a short walk from the Metro. Staff were extremely helpful with both access to the property and local recommendations - always responding quickly. Great views and a well laid out room. Recommend.

I was in Naples for one night before travelling elsewhere. Everything in the apartment is very modern, the bed is comfortable, and you’re close to everything you need travel wise. The staff were great also and gave me helpful information about the city.

The room had a beautiful view, and the owner was extremely helpful— she allowed us to drop our bags four hours before check in. The cleaning staff were thorough, and our experience was perfect, especially for the price.

Our stay was great! The hotel has spacious rooms, excellent air conditioning, and there are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. The only downside was that it was difficult to find using Apple Maps, which directed us the wrong way. Google Maps was much more accurate. If you’re arriving by train, exit the station, turn left, walk all the way to the end, and cross the street—the hotel will be right there. Apple Maps incorrectly sends you to the right.

We did a 6 day self supported cycling trip of Sardinia.We stayed at this Hotel for 2 nights.We did a long ride 67 miles with 6400 feet of climbing the day we arrived. So the next day we got a cappuccino at the cafe down stairs & did laundry early in the morning -one street over from the hotel. Went to a grocery store close to the Hotel and picked up Breakfast & lunch items. We also rented a Moped 45 Euro for the day close to the Hotel and explored the island and it's beautiful beaches ! Had dinner at Cafe Bistro & the Octopus and the pizza was great! Just a note: the Hotel doesn't allow bikes in the rooms.The person who met us on arrival from the ferry to let us in the Hotel room, found a friend that would store our bikes during our stay for a fee of 20 euro per day.No problem,we were just happy to have a solution to the bike storage problem. We really enjoyed our day off the bikes exploring this Beautiful island. The Hotel was perfect for our stay! We thought the room was great for our stay! Thank You!

Would stay here again. Amazing hotel with all new amenities. Had tooth brushes and razor free for guest use, not something I’ve seen at any of our other hotels. Also a Dyson hairdryer! Only flaw I would mention it is in a pretty rough area and it is one out of many buildings in that area. We were actually unsure if it was the right place when we arrived and walked around the building before finding the entrance. We then had to buzz in. We would have loved it if someone came down to greet us to show that this was the right building. Besides that the staff were supper helpful. Messaged us back almost immediately every time. Even booked our taxi for us the next morning.

Beautiful, modern, and spotless apartment with a stunning view, perfectly located next to the central station. Although we never met the host in person, communication via WhatsApp was excellent and everything went smoothly. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Naples and highly recommend it to other travelers.
