Small but gorgeous hotel, beautifully decorated, large rooms. Amazing shower. Lovely in room breakfast. Very helpful and welcoming staff. A haven of peace right in the hustle and bustle of the old quarter. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful hotel. Beautiful, spotless, updated room in an 18th century manse, even retains its ornate original ceiling and wall frescos. Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful, and worked hard to get us into our room early when we showed up with a sick kid. Perfect location, steps from the Duomo and Spaccanapoli. An oasis in the heart of ramshackle Napoli.

Such an amazing hotel! Absolutely beautiful and ticks every box. The hotel is well located, with easy access to the metro and lots to explore locally. The staff are incredibly helpful (shout out to Youseff for the restaurant recommendations). Included breakfast which was just beautiful. Loved everything and couldn’t recommend it more highly.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. It was beautiful and clean, considering how lively it was outside it is very quiet and peaceful. The location is perfect next to the old city center and we felt very safe. The breakfast was amazing, the staff was top notch. We wish we could have stayed longer. If we come back to Naples we would stay here in a heartbeat!

Echt een hidden gem! Mooi gedecoreerde kamers, zeer schoon. Aan alles is gedacht ok je verblijf comfortabel te maken. Vriendelijk personeel en een heerlijk vers ontbijt op de kamer. En midden in het historisch centrum, alles aan te lopen. We hebben echt genoten en raden dit hotel aan! 10 van 10!

Absolutely exceeded my expectations, my mom and I stayed in room 2 and it was beautiful, the breakfast was fresh and delicious, it felt very safe inside, there were 3 large doors to get through to even get into the hotel all automatically deadbolted when closed, all around a beautiful place with very kind staff! When I was planning my trip in Napoli I was hearing things about how it’s a bit rougher on an area so to have all of these safety precautions made me very comfortable! Would 100% stay again!

En gömd pärla i i Neapels historiska centrum. Vi bodde i rum 4, en fantastisk svit i etage med historiska detaljer och balkong mot gatan. Genomgående hög standard på rummet. Personalen är vänlig och tillmötesgående och gör allt för din vistelse ska bli ett härligt minne. Den väl tilltagna frukosten serverades på rummet och bestod av allt du kan önska på morgonen innan det var dags att utforska stan. Neapel erbjuder allt från historiska sevärdheter, livlig stadsbild, mysiga gränder, bra shopping och ett överflöd av god mat. Det råa och äkta Italien! Både hotell och Neapel rekommenderas starkt!!

Beautiful building and interior decoration and the room was big even for 4 people. Warm and welcoming staff who were very helpful before and during our stay. Breakfast was delicious and delivered to our room earlier than the usual times, which we had requested because we had to leave early. Would definitely recommend!

The apartment is lovely and spacious. Very fresh and modern. The location is also very good. The big negative is the lack of sound isolation. There are only four rooms and our room nr 4 was situated right besides the hotels mini kitchen where they prepare the breakfast. When you sleep in room 4 you can literally hear the staff breathe in the kitchen. Every plate prepared sounds like it’s done just besides your ear. So be prepared to be woken up at 06 30 in the morning.

Bellissima suite arredata con gusto, pulita e con finiture di pregio. Bellissimi i soffitti a cassettone antichi. La colazione era buonissima e servita ogni giorno in camera. Il personale ci ha aiutato in ogni senso a pianificare il nostro soggiorno e ci ha fornito consigli utili per visitare la città e sui migliori ristoranti nei dintorni. Eravamo in 2 adulti e 2 bambine e abbiamo usato anche il divano letto, nonostate fosse sempre aperto lo spazio a disposizione era sufficiente.

This place was excellent. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff was very attentive and also willing to accommodate when our plans didn't match their normal operation. The breakfast was great. You have the ability to customize what is included on top of their standard menu and there is an extra level of relaxation because it's delivered to your room for you to enjoy on your own schedule. The location was great, quiet, but also really close to Spaccanapoli with easy access to many attractions. We really enjoyed our stay, I can't recommend them enough.

Great place - very clean perfect location, beautiful design, very spacious. My family and I (two kids and two adults) stayed for 2 nights. The staff is super nice and helpful. Quand on arrive devant la grande porte en bois extérieure, on ne soupçonne pas la pépite à l'intérieur. L'accueil est parfait avec Bruna ainsi que les conseils pour les lieux à visiter et les restos alentours. Et la chambre était parfaite tant dans l'agencement que la décoration. Le petit dejeuner le matin, à commander la veille est un luxe car vous le prenez dans votre chambre, il est livré à l’heure souhaitée. Bref, digne d’un super grand hotel. L’experience était parfaite .Nous conseillons les yeux fermés l’adresse !

The property and staff were amazing. The location is on the edge of the historic district and walking around is easy. The metro is a few minutes walk aswell. Breakfast was a lovely addition, with lots of choice. Veronika gave us suggestions where to eat during our stay and provided us with breakfast earlier than should be one morning as we had an early flight. The attention to detail is wonderful, with tea and coffee provided as well as drinks in the fridge which are reasonably priced. The room was spacious, with the mezzanine room good for our family. We would not hesitate to book again and recommend others to stay.
