The room is very clean, full kitchen, living room, carpets and sofa need revamping, bedroom is nice, bathroom clean and all well kept, washer and dryer as well, honestly other than carpets.and sofa the room is beautiful and clean, very convenient location right next to millenium park, right across from target, tj maxx, halal boys, dunkin donuts, everything is close especially the park, only reason gave a 4 was the entrance to building is pretty beat up and honestly the consistent 24 hr noise from train station that is non ending day and night.

The place was centrally located and clean, but it is next to the train tracks so it is very very loud at night and very bright too which makes it very hard to sleep at night.

Very clean room and easy access instructions. just a word to the wise that the 5th floor is the top floor and some of the rooms have a skylight. cool, but if you are a light sensitive sleeper there is no way to block out the light. all else, perfect for the stay.

A nice enough place to put your head down for the night for a good price and great location. Comfy bed, great water pressure, lots of clothes storage space and counter space in the bathroom. Lacks ambiance, though. A bit of a sterile feel to it, like a combination of a roadside motel and an extended stay hotel. This place is entirely self-service, so you won’t find a check-in desk or staff to help you and you’ll need to be comfortable letting yourself into the building, elevator, and hotel room with PIN numbers on fancy high-tech locks.

Very clean, large rooms! Basically your own apartment with full kitchen. I didn’t get room number in a message so it was a little confusing to check in, but they helped with one easy call. Perfect location! Parking was only $27 underground about a block away through Spot Finder.

Very communicative very clear instructions the room was very clean, access to free Wi-Fi. they have amenities and also offer you supplies such as bounty, soap for the dishes, towels, toilet paper, ear plugs, sound machine, and soap for bath use. the location is perfect! PRIME LOCATION with an AMAZING studio with a stackable washer/dryer combo in your 336 sq ft setting. Everything is done on your phone and there are no staff to check you in. There’s a number to call on the wall in the hallway for any issues. It would be 5 star except the building is right next to the train tracks that run 24/7. I tried turning theTV on to drown out the noise but still heard it.

Everything was perfect. The room looked just like the pictures. Amazing location right at the heart of the loop, right by Millenium park. Check in was easy, the customer service line was easy to get in contact with and very helpful. The value for money is unbeatable and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else if I needed a stay in Chicago again.

The room was very clean and smelled fresh. The staff was super nice and even gave a number to contact them if i needed anything at all. The location was so nice because it was near everything so there was no need for a car as well. The host was very considerate and even included earplugs and a white noise machine because of the close proximity of the railway! Would definitely recommend to others!
