I did “not” stay at this hotel/motel, although I did arrive for check in (I stayed at the Ambassador Inn instead) because they informed me that they did not have any rooms available. They said that the third party booking, overbooked them and they still charged my card for the full amount, which is unacceptable.

It was the most horrible hotel motel. Whatever you wanna call it, place, the TV did not work. The shower had no running water. It had no hot water in the sink. No towels, no office could not find a manager for 2 days would never stay there again. Drug activity, prostitution activity, all out front up-and-down our balcony. I would never go to this hotel again. It was the worst experience I have ever had in 40 plus years. I would recommend never going to this hotel ever. I think they should close down and knock down the building. And\nAll of this recommendation is put at the utmost respect, and it's kind as I could say it.So you can just imagine what it really was like

I am still waiting for my refund after booking this hotel through Hotels.com. When I arrived, the property was clearly not ready for guests. The room had no curtains, holes in the walls, and the bed and floor were dirty. The outside of the building was also unclean, and there was no proper office area. The owner and a young staff member tried to accommodate me with another room, but it was not safe or acceptable to stay in, so I had to leave and find another hotel. This location should not have been accepting reservations because it was not open or prepared for guests. I am still waiting for my refund and hope this issue is resolved soon.
