Initially they gave us a room that looks like nothing we saw in the pictures and the reviews. An old room, where nothing worked. And I mean - NOTHING! not the fridge, not the TV, barely one light, AC was loud and weak. And the room smelled terrible. Even the phone didn’t work!
When i went down to reception to ask to switch to let them know about our issues, the said they have nothing to do at the moment, and that i’ll have to spend the night there before they’ll fix it or switch to a different one. A day after, and after I complained to Hotels.com as well and they contacted the hotel, they switched my room to a new one in a new building and it was a normal room like we were expecting. But the experience at the first day and the service at that day made us have negative thoughts about that hotel. It was terrible. I must say that after we switched rooms - the new room was pleasant and everything worked. That being said - the room wasn’t cleaned daily, only once every 3 days, and only if we request it. The breakfast wasn’t that good as well. Sorry to give such a bad review but we didn’t enjoy our staying.
