NOT RETURNING BACK...BELOW EXPECTATIONS.
Very Poor Service.lots of improvement needed in service aspect.Front desk staff needs more training.Please keep hallway lights on.Do not save energy bill at the cost of comfort.It is dark .I mentioned it to your staff and a manager both.still it wasn't taken care of.when guest asks you to tidy up the room, please replenish toiletries etc.TV remotes.don't work.Do Pest control please.. Lizard came to room in the middle of the night...
Also ,keep notepad and pen for guest
Don't just keep minibar menu on the table.
NOT Returning back to this hotel.
