Dear Customer Service Team, My daughter and I recently completed an eight-night stay at Calido. While the gal at the desk was very friendly during our check-in, our overall experience with the front desk staff was disappointing. Most staff members were unwelcoming, avoiding eye contact and failing to offer basic greetings or smiles as we entered the building. Additionally, we encountered issues with the housekeeping policy. A staff member informed us in a reprimanding tone that rooms are only cleaned every five days because it is an "apart-hotel." This five-day policy for changing linens and providing extra towels was not stated anywhere prior to our arrival. Furthermore, when the bed was made, the covers were not properly tucked in. Given the length of our stay and the distance we traveled, we expected a much warmer, more professional level of service. I hope you will address these service and policy transparency issues with your team. Lastly, if I had known the pool was closed at the end of August, despite the 32 C days in September, I wouldn't have made any reservations there. Sincerely,

Under hele oppholdet på nesten 2 uker ble rommet bare vasket 1 gang. Bassenget var bra men solen forsvant tidlig bak hotell bygget.
