Being a light sleeper , I have requested specifically not to give me the 1st floor as I have read review it is noisy . This request was not taken into consideration and instead they give me the 1st floor. They don’t take comment or remark seriously .Very disappointed.

Generally satisfactory, the room space and facilities relatively new, well-planned and efficiently organized. The only major downside was the confusion about the “access code,” sent the day before check-in. The code (two links) kept popping up error messages, and because we were arriving close to midnight we ended up panicking, sending queries everywhere without instant replies, and finally calling the host to find out. Can‘t understand why they didn’t explain the links were to open the doors “remotely” on site and did not provide actual codes! So, future guests, don’t worry, the links will work when you click open them in front of the buidling door, but not before then. BTW, air-conditioning needs repairing, the lowest (18 degrees celsius) felt like ordinary 28. Would stay again, since I now know how the access code works.
