Good location,many restaurant nearby and walking distance to convent garded. Hotel was very stylish, room is cozy and clean.

everything was good during our stay execpt, I did not feel comfortable after checking the voucher home, we were overcharged "Radio-rooftop" expense which we never even booked or used.

over priced basic room with a “ view “
Opted to upgrade the room for a “ river view “. Couldn’t see the river at all with buildings in front. Could see into neighbouring balcony’s. Room was terribly basic,. The most narrowest room ive ever stayed in. Premier inn has more sqft. No mini bar, no coffee machine, hardest, thinnest mattress. White padded walls made it feel like an asylum. All for a measly £850.00 can only presume rate was inflated for Pride weekend which we wasnt in London for.

친절한 직원들
객실 준비가 늦어져서 체크인에 시간이 오래 걸림. 주변의 미술관 오페라하우스 등을 이용하기 편리함. 버스 이용하기 좋았음.

Quite disappointed in what claims to be 5*
1. I asked re rooftop bar closure (notified after I booked and paid) - email never replied to. Asked again when we checked in and given different times - but no alternative.
2. Aircon didn’t work in room
3. There didn’t seem a way of separating recyclable waste from normal waste (as I’ve had in other hotels)
4. No mention of service tax at check-in - we tipped accordingly for our stay, and then was asked to pay the discretionary service tax at checkout. When I questioned discretionary or compulsory the lady half shrugged her shoulders. I declined to pay
5. The room was billed as a king bed - it was a double (there was no room for a king size)
The hotel is in a great area and the view from the balcony was fantastic, but I would not count this as 5*

Mycket god service på hotellet, välstädat, frukosten var dyr och man blev serverad vid bordet, vi hade hellre haft en frukostbuffé för vi hämtade mat själva, det negativa var att det var mörkt utanför hotellrummet bara lite spotlight i taket, dock ljust inne i rummet, läget var mycket centralt, i huset mittemot spelades musicalen Mamma Mia.

Not my type of hotel. Dark, hard to get to window shutters, lighting poor and unpredictable, turns off without any warning, corridors dark, can’t tell when elevator doors open and close, too modern a hotel for my taste.

The stars and service question and rating are subtly skewed as the hotel itself the staff was phenomenal and top tier. However, the restaurant staff on property for Luciano by Gino D’Acampo was utterly horrendous, waited 45 minutes for water refills and only received because I got up to ask for them, not much was done at all about the issue other then restaurant management making excuse of being short staffed, but she couldn’t be bothered to check on us or anyone else knowing that? We received a 20% discount upon checkout and lodging a more formal complaint in the lobby. We had reservations for two months and made it our last meal in the UK and couldn’t had been more disappointed or let down. The hotel nice, their restaurants, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
