Plush towels and extremely comfortable mattresses . The rooms are immaculate and serviced daily. The front desk is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the city. Check in was extremely quick . There are common areas and a kitchen with a free (unlimited) latte machine . There is a laundry room for guests as well.

What i like the most is how pleasant staff Welcoming are and professional, treating Their guests with utmost respect, not to Talk of cleanest just immaculate, pleasant Atmosphere @ found hotel just amazing. The building is beautiful & lovely , most Importantanly you get to wash laundry, Laundry facility on cite that's indeed ☆Accommodating , kitchen as well for ☕️ Coffee, Cupperchino & coffee of your Choice , I always feel wonderful @ found Hotel ( so prestigious ) @ found prestige,

The rooms were very nice and very clean, but it is definitely more on the hotel side rather than a hostel. There isn’t much of a lobby to hang out in and quiet hours past 10pm are taken pretty seriously. The staff was so amazingly helpful and very kind, and I overall loved my experience there. Would highly recommend as a clean and comfortable place to stay, but less so as a social hub that so many other hostels are.

La chambre est impeccable. Changement de serviettes à tout les jours. Service au Lobi H24. Le personnel est courtois et fantastique. Nous avons toujours un belle accueille en sortant et en revenant. Les lits sont confortables! Je recommande énormément.

The hostel was certainly clean; you can tell it is newly updated. I saw the cleaning team out to work every morning and received a fresh towel every day. Though I'm unsure if the bathroom was cleaned on my second morning, it was not cleaned by 1 PM that day when I left. I did select a mixed-gender room, but when booking, I thought a 2-bed room was selected. I ended up in a 4-bed mixed dorm. The booking confirmation doesn't include that detail, so this could have been my honest mistake. Also, it may be due to my unisex name, but on both nights I was the only female in the room and at least 8 years older than the others. I had hoped to meet new people during my stay, but maybe the city just isn't the right place for that kind of hostel experience. I do appreciate that they have someone at the front desk at all times, and you need your key card to access the building and dorm room.

This was a bad stay. The Found staff onsite was awful! Tho not bPoshtels hire, the latter is housed in the Found hotel. I travel, but maintain an address in SF for business. It is on my ID. I arrived to check-in exhausted, hoping for a pleasant 1-night stay at a relatively new spot. I pre-payed. I was met by a sour young woman who proclaimed I could NOT stay there because I was a "local" - I shouldn't even have had to explain. She refused to check me in, made me sit in the lobby 20 min, called a manager to get permission. I was made to feel like a criminal, told I would never be allowed to stay there after this ONE NIGHT. Then I got to the room: tiny, cramped, airless! Sealed windows, no view, dark. Overly designed to seem luxe, yet totally uncomfortable. Bunk so low I couldn't sit upright. No room for my suitcase, had to go back to desk to ask to store it. "It costs" she says, rudely - as if I couldn't afford it. How much? $4! No problem on my part. She acted like it was an outrageous request - rolled eyes, sighed. There are no perks of a regular hostel, but all the hassle. At least it was clean. Bad management is to blame when accomms are overrun by long stay undesirables. I was a Travel & Event Manager for 20yrs, qualified to judge on this matter. I like to check out new spots to recommend. If you can't offer polite, hospitable service, don't work in Hospitality! Go into Corrections or Collections. I will not be staying at any bPoshtels, or this Found ever again.
