AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS HOTEL. No communication, 2 phone numbers and 3 email addresses that don’t work, didn’t give check in information until way past 1500 on the day, VERY NOISY BUILDING WORK NEXT TO THE ROOM AT 8am - totally unacceptable

Very nice suites, newly renovated with A/C. Only downside if you’re travelling with larger luggage there is no elevator. I have no complaints. It’s located in a very convenient spot, 5 minutes away from plaza mayor. Thank you for the stay!

To get to the apartment, you have to climb the stairs of a really old building; the stairs are practically falling apart, so you could easily fall while carrying your luggage. Once you get there, the room is tiny—you can't even open the door fully, and you have to close the bathroom door just to use it; it’s incredibly inconvenient.

Quarto muito apertado. A disposição da cama literalmente pra passar para o outro lado do quarto você precisa andar sobre a cama. As escadas velhas, fedendo a mofo. Não tem elevador. Bem complicado de falar com o proprietário. Só o que vale é mesmo a localização e para pouquíssimas noites. Roupas de cama eram boas. Banheiro razoável. Só voltaria se não tivesse mesmo outra escolha.

A hostel with a private bathroom. I understand check in is at 15;00, but they could at least pick up / reply before, to give some peace of mind about check in details. I don't want to be glued to my phone on holidays. We were completely ghosted, no communication until 14;00 when they said, you will receive the details before 3pm. I booked a room with space around the bed, instead I was given the one with the bed stuck between the walls. When I told staff they just replied, the bed is moved. The hot water is only enough for one person, the next person showers with cold water. The shampoo/conditioner, is hand wash. We asked for clean towels as we were staying there for a few days, no reply. There were crumbs on the floor. The beds had no mattress protecters, a thin sheet as underlay and the mattresses must be super old as they had a dip where you'd sleep. The only thing worth about this hostel with private bathrooms, was the location. Just make sure youre okay with 3 floors without a lift.
